4.16.2023 I was going to re-wear some of the dresses from my cruise in 2018 for my cruise that is in June of this year. Long story short, none of those old dresses work. They are too big! I never thought that would be my problem. I am so proud of myself. 93 pounds gone. See the before and after of this blue number lol.

4.16.2023 since my last posting, it has been about a month. In that month I’ve lost my last Grandparent. He was 98 years old. Of course, because of this I have been off and on for the past month. Honestly, this past month has been very difficult for me… I have definitely struggled with this health problem. I’ve had going on and the loss of my grandpa. I’m proud to say over the past week and a half I’ve been doing much better and I’m back on it and I’ve lost 5 pounds since my last weigh in.
