listen. my best friend moved across the world 6 months ago and when i tell you its been hard, i mean.. it’s been really fucking hard. we are both strong 👏🏽 independent 👏🏽 women 👏🏽. but when shit keeps flying at you, sometimes you just need your best friend.
trying to navigate learning to self regulate through everyday life, grief, and heartbreak.
and don’t get me wrong, we know we got each other. we know each other’s shit. we been putting in the work. and we know this is a part of our lives and something we need to figure out. but fuck, sometimes you just need a drive, a driveway session, a laugh till you can’t breathe with the person whose seen you through shit.
also, ive been disassociating all week but never realize until i come out of it.
being depressed when doing the work is so weird? like... im aware but can’t help what’s going on?
