i would love to see a skeleton rp on tumblr based on disney heroes and villains, or even the fables comic book series! lowkey i'd also love to see something based on the fallout video game series!

would love to see a literate au roleplay that actually focuses on writing and character development through events or prompts! i see a lot of “literate” au rps these days asking for sns posts as part of their activity requirements and frankly, i don’t see why sns posts should be mandatory in au rps unless it’s a social media/influencer based au. it doesn’t encourage plotting between muns and whatever ic interactions you can get on sns posts are pretty shallow. nor does it create an environment in which a wide variety of muse personalities — such as the more introverted muses who wouldn’t actively comment or interact on sns as opposed to real life — can flourish.

can someone please create a literate sol rp that doesn’t focus on or include sns aspects? // sunflower-hq is doing just that. the focus isn't on sns but there's still requirements. you said "doesn't focus on or include" so i figured i'd suggest it. in fact, the feed for sns is quite slow, and people take to the threads groups more than anything. in a reality where sol literate rps are hard to come by, this is the closest i can see to what you're talking about.

literally begging for a themeless medieval rp :'( every medieval rp around is modern day, sci-fi influenced, or based around a franchise (book, show, game, etc). something with a basic roster of races and relaxed lore would be fun! i just want a fun elf oc on the outskirts of a kingdom without having to be tied to ACOTAR or ASOIAF/GoT, etc. a land with cozy little potion shops and blacksmiths that forge weaponry, getting lost in the forest and making a little camp beneath the stars... please... :sob: i would be more than happy to help run it, as this has been something i've been thinking about for close to a year, now!

hi! i wanted to kindly ask if maybe you could drop the #krp tag from your posts? it's hard to look for rps in the tag in between these posts! thank you :pleading:

for a second, i thought about it. then i checked the #krp tag and it's flooded with ads from directories. considering this blog is meant to offer ideas to potential future admin, and we aren't clogging the tag or making things hard to look for, the answer is no. sorry.

someone pointed this place out on krp-network, so i thought i’d drop off my ideas. for any admin looking for au ideas and are actually willing to put in the time/effort, please consider the following: a cyberpunk setting, stardew valley and/or harvest moon, animal crossing, dark academia, monster high (but small town/college), the backrooms, southern gothic (but make it korean gothic)

i'd be so down to help with this too, but i'll only give the admin my tumblr if someone actually comes forward with interest./ I would also be down for creating a writing focused gen group. I like your idea of creating a character development group, and I would also like activity checks to include some sort of thread replies. Like, I feel like one of the problems in writing focused groups is the lack of enforcement with writing threads. I know a lot of au groups do activity checks by thread replies, and we can do the same thing. "You must have at least two to three thread replies per ac" in addition to normal posts and comments. My biggest concern is being torn apart by vicious gossip blogs, but if we can ignore them then all is well.
