I find it kind of amusing that if Nagi was a girl his relationship with Reo would be a very typical "wear her down" type of romance (stalking, insistently following him around, expensive gifts) and there would likely be way less sympathy for Reo after he said he'd rather Nagi fail than succeed without him (a typical sentiment for misogynistic men with successful women) but because Nagi is a guy and also very slightly taller than him Reo is labelled a shoujo heroine instead.
