Week update!
Hi all! So this week was pretty good for workouts I’m not going to lie ^_^.
I got to the gym actually 3 x. One was just cardio but today I’m hoping to go again.
We’ve been waiting for my pay to pick up food so the last 2 days I haven’t really over eaten except yesterday (not over eating but just bad choices) I went and got Fast Food. I only got the fast food meal an a protein shake yesterday . Yes that’s not healthy. So I am hoping to grocery shop today or tomorrow.
I’m planning to do the Ab workout today my trainer gave me and I’m pretty happy with it. I may be a little extra sore though. That time of the month :(
Anyways! I saw a couple followers stil hung round so thanks guys! I’m excited to really jump on this journey again :)
