In 6 months I will NOT look like all those girls with shorts and a bikini top on. I will, however, look like myself, but a healthier version. My body type is different than those girls. My curves wont be the same, any indents in my stomach won't look the same. Nothing will look the same except for the smile on my face. In 6 months I will be a better, healthier me.

Well guys I'm officially back. I'm here to kickstart my fitness journey. To learn my body and push it to its limits. To me fitness is self care. And without it being a constant part of my everyday. I'm miserable.

I have NOT been taking care of myself. I haven't been to the gym in about 2 weeks.. I haven't been eating healthy.. I've been a huge emotional wreck. Thank the heavens I've only gained back 5lbs. But it's about time I get my butt back in gear. I've still got weight to lose and goals to meet, i haven't given up and REFUSE to gain back the weight I worked so hard to get off.

Fitness Days of the Week

Sunday: Yoga

Monday: Full Body Workout

Tuesday: Cardio

Wednesday: Full Body Workout

Thursday:  Cardio

Friday:  Full Body Workout

Saturday:  Cardio

Each day must have 30 minutes of activity like walking, running, elliptical, ARC trainer, at home workout, gym workout etc

Very very proud of myself today! I ate in abundance and drank 85oz of water!

BREAKFAST: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of low sodium turkey bacon, and a bagel thin with cream cheese. 350 cals

SNACK: peach greek yogurt. 120cals

LUNCH: salmon and rice. 410cals

DINNER: buttery shrimp pasta 590cals.

I ate my last meal at 8:00pm and I feel so full and so satisfied! Today was a success!

I did NOT want to do this workout.. like at all.. most the time I was in my head saying "just stop," "give up," and "you already did half, that's close enough." But there was also a little voice saying "DON'T GIVE UP!!" and I focused on that instead.

Today's workout : fat burning cardio workout- 37 minute fitness blender.

Look how bloated and huge my belly was. I hated the way I looked.. I honestly thought there was no way I'd every be committed enough to lose weight. I was lazy and miserable.. the second picture is me today, sure I'm not where I want to be yet but damn! Look at that progress. There's no denying it!
