We've been shooting a beautiful feature film across country this past summer and fall. We're back in Los Angeles now and have a few scenes left to shoot. Yesterday was to Back to The Future fans what May The 4th is to Star Wars fans, only more monumental because until the flux capacitor actually starts fluxing the day will only come around once ever. I've had a lifelong love this trilogy. I still remember sitting in my papa's recliner watching them for the 1st time with my sister and cousin. And I remember playing with these happy meal toys in the bathroom sink, obviously recreating Marty hoverboarding over water, when I left the faucet on and flooded the entire bathroom. Not sure how old I was when that happened, but I was 2 when the 3rd movie and toys came out. Some movies just stick with you. #BackToTheFuture #Trilogy #TimeTravel #Movie #Film #Love #Memories

Recognize The Moment: Eating For No Reason

Several times today I had to ask, "Why am searching for a snack? Am I hungry or just bored/anxious/thirsty/whatever?" I asked it right before grabbing the m&ms and stopped myself (like a champion.) But I didn't ask myself till the middle of my 3rd helping of broccoli. Yeah. You read that right. I overate broccoli today. (like a freak of nature.) Overeating, no matter how healthy the food may be, is never good. However, in the past I would never realize I was overeating till well after, and then would be extremely harsh on myself, without ever questioning why I was overeating in the first place. So, even though there where some eating-for-no-reason moments today, I'm happy I was able recognize them and will hopefully learn from them.

Be beautiful and weird. Make funny faces without the fear of fine lines or wrinkles. Own up to your age, your weight and your height, proudly. We are each unique and filled with curiosity and there is nothing sexier than a woman who owns up to intelligence, class and a fabulously chic sense of humor and biting wit. I cannot stress enough how important it is to see Too Late Movie this Wednesday 10/7 at Beyond Fest. When seeing it you'll realize you're not just watching a movie, but experiencing cinema. It's being compared to seeing Pulp Fiction for the first time, its that innovative. Shot on 35mm. Presented only on 35mm. There's no waiting to catch it on Netflix. It is comprised completely of 5 long takes, but not for gimmick's sake, but because it was the best way to tell this story. It's a captivating noir.
