@kubikiribxcho “You’re very drunk, you liar.” Those words cause golden eyes to narrow, both impressed the man had finally found it within him to speak his mind playfully, and surprised to be told off. When one gets their way too often, it becomes quite strange to be put to the test. Refreshing, most certainly. But soon enough, the mans statement of this being a poor choice is in contrast to his actions. The tallers sharp teeth prick against the serpents neck, their razor edges finally acknowledged in this moment. “Bad decisions can have good results,” Orochimaru argues, his head tipping to the side to grant the man further access to porcelain skin. If Suigetsu had been trying to convince the viper this was something they shouldn’t do, he had certainly made his job harder with this next trick.

@kubikiribxcho “Hate you?” his head tilts somewhat to the side, amber eyes seeking out the violet pair as the kiss is broken. Suigetsu seemed to still have some logic about him, taking in to consideration the more important facts, applying them even through the thick fog of over drinking. Perhaps the serpent could see the issues with this too, but found himself having less difficulty ignoring the unethical side to matters. It had always been his strong suit. He didn’t mind being impulsive. He didn’t mind waking up with one extra mistake on his name. Not that he’d consider this a mistake, certainly not now. A defiant smile rests on his lips, as if his words alone could banish reality, could twist the scene in to being more appropriate simply because he willed it to be, “I’m not drunk dear, I’m just… not entirely sober. ”
A brave understatement as he stays upright with the shark like mans taller form to balance on. He can feel the grasp of the man tighten, something the serpent assumes is meant to keep him from leaving. He does not kiss him again however, this time a more resigned sense of acceptance upon his expression, “you’re supposed to help me make the best out of a bad decision, not stop me from making them entirely.” “I like you, and you like me, how does that equate to me hating you in the morning anyway?” he continues to mutter drunkenly, as if his sense of intoxicated math may amount to anything important.
Under normal circumstances Suigetsu was certainly one to act on impulse. But this was Orochimaru. And even drunk he didn't forget that. But even so, the Sannin's drunken reasoning in a way made sense. He gave a light laugh, leaning down. Nose brushing against the other's he then answered, "You're very drunk, you liar." He teased, still laughing.
"But if you see this as a bad decision, doesn't that mean that maybe it is bad and you might hate me even though you like me?" One would question was the taller shinobi good at reasoning or just good at arguing against someone else's point? He had a lot of practice with arguing over the years after all. Picking out the smallest thing to tease over.
Even though he argued against the serpent, the shark leaned down more. He released the arm in his grasp to instead push ebony locks back over his shoulder. Neck now exposed, the Hozuki trailed a few nips along it.
@kubikiribxcho The serpent lingers in the room, briefly taking in every detail that made it reflect Suigetsu had lived inside it. Golden eyes sweep across the interior curiously, until his attention once more looks back to Suigetsu. A smile tugs back on to the vipers lips when he notices how hesitant the other has become. Does he think the serpent is a moment away from striking? Does he think this will turn in to a fatal attraction, rather than something far more innocent? Can anything ever be innocent when it comes to the viper?
Orochimaru strays back to the man, fixing his collar with a delicate touch, the candles the only lights burning in the room. He ghosts a hand down the mans arm, another touch that is deceptively gentle for such a feared being. He meets the shark nins gaze, a hint of uncertainty crossing his own features, “I can leave dear, if you’d prefer it.” A question masked as a mere statement, a passing gesture. Another chance to halt anything from going further. The viper leans up to kiss the man, a fleeting affection as he offers the second option, “unless you’d like me to stay instead?”
The room which he had made his own was much more of a home than the tank he had once lived in for so long. Swords he had collected hung on the wall or sat in the corner, though none of them were the swords which he coveted for years when he was younger. It was surprisingly tidy, though that was likely due to him not spending so much time in his room as he would of liked. When he did actually spend time in his room it looked a bit more lived in.
Violet hues watched Orochimaru look over the room. He had started to relax slowly as he became accustomed to the snake being in his living space. The shark like nin stopped himself from backing away as the Sannin closed the space between them. Again he began to relax at the gentle touches he was receiving. A hand came up slowly to rest on the hip of the smaller shinobi, head tilting at the expression he now wore. It was a look he rarely saw on the viper's features, no matter how subtle.
The taller leaned in to meet the kiss, his other hand being placed on Orochimaru's arm as an objection to him leaving. "I don't want you to leave... but we are both also very drunk... and I don't want you to wake up and hate me..." he mumbled, grip tightening a bit on the slender arm in his grasp.
@kubikiribxcho The sound that falls from the others lips, the stare that contemplated far too much for any drunk man, it was all rather amusing. The shark like man towered above the shorter shinobi, yet he took every step as if he were walking on glass. But was it not warranted? One did not handle a serpent as venomous as the Sannin, and still manage to carry an air of fearlessness. Courage, when consulting the viper, could be viewed rather as carelessness. Being lead gently down the stairs, the viper flashes the taller shinobi a fanged smile. The moment the man releases him, the serpent has taken it upon himself to link their fingers, walking backwards for a few steps as he guides the man by the hand. A prompt for him to walk, rather than second guess how safe he truly was. “Angry? For what? Continuing a kiss I started?” he asks, words laced with silken laughter as he moves towards their den. The cool air nips at his skin, ghosting past thin fabrics of his kimono. It causes the serpent to slip closer to the shark, using him to gather heat as his smaller form tucks neatly against the semi exposed chest. The moon paints light across the forested path, their figures casting shadows along trees as they descend deeper in to the woods.
The den is not too far, much to the vipers relief. The secret entrance has soon enough revealed itself, the viper once more guiding the man he has taken such fond interest in. There are various bedrooms lining the hallways, but the serpent is well aware which one belongs to the taller shinobi. It doesn’t take him long to locate it, to enter it as if this space was meant to be shared for the night.
Suigetsu had barely the chance to fix the ponytail before being pulled along. His gaze fixed on their entwined fingers for a moment then on the serpent attached to the hand which held his own. "I don't-" he paused his answer as Orochimaru drew closer to him in search of warmth. Instead of trying to explain himself, the shark like man decided to let it go. The other had a point, what was there to be mad about?
The taller wondered if the Sannin could hear his heart pounding in his chest, likely from his nerves that not even the alcohol could completely fend off at this point. Most of the walk was in silence, much to his own surprise. Even around Orochimaru, Suigetsu was talkative, but maybe not so much around him as others. Now it seemed it was at a loss for words, again surprising.
Slipping in past the entrance, part of him expected for them to part ways and just act as if what had happened didn't. But instead he found the viper weaving through the halls with the swordsman to his room. The smaller nin entered the room as if it were his own, causing the pale haired man to linger in the entrance for a moment. Eventually he too stepped into the room, watching the serpent closely. When they went out for drinks tonight did he imagine things ending up like this? No. No he did not. He did not except the flirting or especially the kiss.
