Today is a special day. Not only Rin's birthday, but also the 6th anniversary of @preusterreich and I being married. Crazy how time flies!

This was meant to be for the last day of RinRei week but I was busy with work so I couldn’t finish it in time 😭

But here’s day 7 !! Day 7: free! day

I headcanon that they have a daughter named Cho which means butterfly in Japanese <3 so I decided to draw them and what I think she’ll look like (I’ve had this headcanon of her for like 3-4 years now)

I found a reference on Pinterest for this (coz I can’t draw from my mind 🤪) and when I did Rin I was like where do I put Rei ? So plz ignore how weird he looks I didn’t know where to put him 😔 and I couldn’t draw his legs which is why I put a box there 🙏

Even tho I didn’t really do everyday, I enjoyed the RinRei week. I loved seeing the art work and seeing how many people still love them 🥺 I hope people continue to make art of them <3

kuma and I have been watching Jojo's Bizarre Adventure recently and we really like Jotaro and Kakyoin! they fit Rin and Rei pretty well! (though Kakyoin and Rei work better than Jotaro and Rin because the former both have Daisuke Hirakawa as a seiyuu and their personalities are similar... Jotaro and Rin not so much)

but i always have so much fun trying out the jojo art style... this must be how kuma feels drawing the kyoani style lmao

How could I pass on drawing them as merfolk if the theme is sea-related? Of course I had to use my old merman design for Rei with his butterfly wing fins. It's been years since I drew him like that.

Hello!! I may be a tiny bit late to this but it’s still Valentine’s Day where I am so technically I’m not late. Buttttt, here’s my contribution to the 2025 RinRei week :)))

I didn’t know what to do for the first day so I just decided to write something. I tried to finish this quickly today but with no surprise I am ill today so my mind isn’t with it much today 😪 but I have a drawing *almost* ready for tomorrow 💪 enjoy !!
