Goodbye Post

The following post is OCC: 

Well, it was fun. I'm not gonna say "while it lasted" because it really didn't last long at all. However, I have about 60 followers (10 of which I gained while I wasn't doing anything at all) so I might as well post that this blog will no longer be active.

First off, though, I would like to apologize for my unexpected absence. Sometimes you can only take so much at once and rping really didn't need to add to my stress.

I need to focus on balancing myself out, and I feel like rping was tipping the scale a bit to much off my desired track. I need the energy I was using to rp for art, and education. I really do enjoy everyone on here though! And because of that I'm giving the links to my personal sites in this post. 

Please don't think I'm leaving because I'm sad or I'm unhappy here, I just don't have the time or energy anymore. I need to focus on what is really important to me. 

Thank you all.

Karai ran her blade causally out of it’s sheath, slowly, almost as if a taunt. She had finally found what she was looking for. Better yet- he was alone. A grin crept it’s way across her face ,”The scrawny one? You won’t be very difficult.” She had him pinned in an alleyway with no manholes or escape routes, except through her. She felt like it was almost to good to be true.

Grunting he kicked down on her chest just to get her off him, unstrapping his bo staff and holding it infront of him in an iron grip he lashed at her. “Didnt your dad thought you not to read a book by its cover, or was he too busy hunting down innocent people?” Spinning his bo staff he jumped landing behind her swaping the staff on her back.

Turning on a dime, Karai's katana blocked the blow from his staff. "Why would I need to read the cover of an open book?" 

They both pressed firmly against each other, sizing the other up. Karai shifted her stance and began to circle him. It had been a while seince she last fought one of the turtles, and she had forgotten how big Donatello was. But size didn't matter. Only skill was going to win this fight.

"At least I get to have some fun." Karai stepped back and swung her sword to his side.

Miranda's face shot blood red in anger, she wanted to slap Karai, she never meant to leave her there--but what could she have done? Karai tried killing her before...would she really do it again? Even if Miranda tried to bring her back into reality, would she? "I left you because I feared that if I didn't leave...you would get killed because of me." A tear flowed down her cheek, as she gripped onto Karai's arms. "For years, I've regretted leaving you there...i prayed all the time that I can just go back to that day and bring you with me..." "I'm not going to kill you..."

"... You really aren't gonna let me go, are you?" She sighed, understanding that trying to get Miranda angry wasn't going to work. Karai looked at Miranda's face ,"We... we're both kinda a mess." She noted blankly as another tear found it's way down Miranda's cheek.  

"Sorry. I- I don't think... I would'a .... left with y-you anyway." Karai wobbled, and struggled to keep her balance. "He... is my father.... a-after all." She groaned as she lost her footing and fell forward.

Miranda took her hands back from Karai’s command. Of all people, she had to help out her old friend that tried killing her. But she refused to listen to her conscious this time.

“Nothing is your fault—now if you don’t let me help you, you’re going to lose a lot more blood than you have tonight. ” she demanded.

“Kage,” Karai shook her head ,”I can’t cause you anymore trouble. This…” 

Karai could feel herself trembling ,”-This isn’t right.” There’s no way Karai was going to risk putting them both in danger. It was her fault Miranda was discovered in the first place, and she didn’t want to have the same problem again. She held the back of her head and began to stand up supporting herself on the wall ,”I’m not your burden. I have to carry myself.”

Karai was already feeling a bit weak, and she almost toppled over, but Miranda quickly reflected and caught her. "I took an oath that I would protect you" she hissed into Karai's ear.

"Remember that night? When I found you on the ground beaten up? I told you, and I know you remember that--I was going to take care of you no matter what--I'm not going to lose you again...enemy or not"

She did remember. The night her father had kicked her off the balcony, and Miranda did promise just that. Karai flinched, and that's why she hated her all these years. She didn't keep her promise. She left me. What's going to stop her from doing that again.

Karai started to giggle ,"You lost me? You left me.... And frankly, Kage... I don't t-trust you." She tried to push herself off of Miranda and slured ,"I c...could have just killed you in that ally way. I'll... probably have ta kill y-you if I ever see ya a-gain.

So... why don't you just... kill me now?"

「終於見到面了－」 雖然覺得造形不是很好看－ 但是喜歡的作品裡出現女性角色還是讓人高興的XD 期待Karai的活躍\(>D<)/
