KAGAMI looks over his shoulder when he heard you suddenly calling for him.
āKagami, do you keep stealing my socks from the dryer?ā You asked, your eyebrows scrunched. āIām missing the black pair.ā
āHuh? Werenāt those my socks?ā Kagami replies. You couldnāt help but laugh; itās been a year now since youāve moved in together, but Kagami still couldnāt get used to some things. Like doing laundry with a second person.
To be fair, you had taken your time getting used to things as well. Youād still start stripping the moment you were through the door, because you were sick of wearing stuffy clothes the whole day. Kagami would be standing in the hallway, holding a bowl of ice cream, blushing feverishly when he caught sight of you.
It was awkward to see each otherās habits for the first time, but also kind of charming. You learned that Kagami was a diligent student, doing his university work first before he went to play basketball. (Whether that work was of high quality or not was a different storyā¦)
He learned about the kind of meals that you knew how to make from home. He learned to painstakingly refuse it sometimes because it wasnāt the healthiest for an athlete. But damn, it tasted good. Almost as good as his.
Living together certainly was amazing for your intimacy though. When you lived in such close proximity, it was easy to just fulfill your sex drive. Often you two would end up a tangle of limbs on the couch during a āstudy sessionā.
āWe both have tests, ____.ā Heād whisper, ever the more responsible one. You smirked, pulling him back down on you. āIt can wait.ā
And at the end of the day, you felt proud being able to call this big lovable man yours.
You shook your head, grinning. āFine, keep my tiny socks for your large ass feet.ā
