i'm so tired of people thinking they can do or say anything to me, no matter how hurtful it is, under the justification of them being upset but nothing is addressed, it's watered to just "stop taking things so damn personally", but how do i take being called a burden, being told that i ruined someone's day, being lashed out at for crying or going nonverbal, being told that my genuine feelings and worries are a "script", and being called a mouthy bitch, along with multiple other awful things being said about me and just shrug it off like it's nothing and go about my day and plaster a smile on my face like nothing is wrong

i had a korean language class to go to today, i missed my last few classes with my original teacher because i had health emergencies around the time my health started to fall apart, i rarely get to go out of the house and do anything other than attend physical therapy and endless doctor's appointments and procedures and bloodwork but i spent my entire day crying and being unable to eat from stress because of this and had to miss the first class i would have had since february 2023 because i deserve to be punished and called a mouthy bitch for feeling like i'm not cared about when i'm insulted, my feelings are invalidated and mocked, i'm blamed for someone's actions and told the equivalent of "i wouldn't do something hurtful if it wasn't for you" and i leave conversations about my feelings feeling unheard and crying constantly, but it's my fault

do i deserve to be called a mouthy bitch and accused of having an attitude by a man for trying to calmly bring up that i don't feel cared about because of specific hurtful actions and things that have been done and said to me repeatedly
