quick doodle of Phos I made last week. Was trying to do all the painting on a single layer this time XD (layer management is a blackhole) definitely screwed up the hair logic here but eh, maybe I’ll re-attempt over next break :)

LITTLE BIG NEWS? Selling stuff at Animenyc :)))))

Hi everyone! Oh man where do I even begin? Well first thing’s first, AnimeNYC is happening this weekend and a dear, fellow artist friend of mine @angelirafer, (who is also part of a fantastic illustration group @yeagirls) has been so very kind as to allow me a sliver of table space at con to sell some of my works!

I will be selling little bookmark prints of a Hwogwarts series (as shown above) that I started as part of an art commission. Each piece will cost $3.

01.01.2017 「Blake Belladona」

Hello, it's been 5 centuries since I promised to finish this. I actually planned to finish Blake by Halloween 2017 but mid-terms ran over me like a truck and I didn't have any time to work on her through the rest of semester. 

I know her emblem is actually white on her clothes, but the overlay looked so much better this way imho.

Anyhow, here she is!

quick PSA and update: I know I said I was gonna get Blake done before the new season hit but plot twist I've been drowning in studio work for past week and a half and this will run all the way till next Tuesday, so I have no time to work on her until then. Studio work also has my inktober stuff backed up so ;w; sorry for the delay and disappointment, but until next Tuesday folks o/

FFXIV Magic Ranged DPS and Healer Gear Design Contest Entries (Feb 2017)

By chance I saw the Ao Dai chest piece in FFXIV today and immediately got flashbacks to my entry for the magic ranged DPS and Healer gear design competition that was held early this year. Since results are already out (has been out for some time now), I think it should be okay to post my entries. My entry theme was, as you can see, the lotus flower XD 

White Lotus Court Physician The attire of practitioners of healing magic that served as imperial court physicians of a faraway eastern civilization. These magicians belong to an old sect dedicated to the research and practice of medicines and healing magic known as the White Lotus. They are recognized by the sect's trademark white lotus symbol and traditionally white or light colored clothing. (There is no difference between male and female attires.)

Black Lotus Court Magician

The attire of practitioners of black forbidden magics that served the imperial court of a faraway civilization in the East. These magicians belong to an old sect dedicated to the research and practice of black magic known as the Black Lotus. They are recognized by the sect's trademark "one-eyed" black lotus symbol and traditionally dark colored garments. (There is no difference between male and female attires.)
