apologies to everyone i was threading with, but due to exams kawasumi will be put on hiatus. wish me luck, and hopefully i'll be back in a month! (if i survive)

The serious look that seemed to be permanently stuck onto his face whenever he was training wavered a little as he started his third lap around the park. It wasn't the exhaustion of the regiment that flustered him, but rather the fact that he'd noticed someone staring at him as he trained. To be exact, the light pink that dusted his cheeks was because he was being stared at by a girl.

As he completed his fifth and final lap, he finally mustered up courage to jog slowly to the watching female, rather awkwardly standing there till he figured out what he wanted to say.

"Um.. You were.. staring..." He spoke, voice quiet. "Is there.. something..?"

Suga had ventured out of his new apartment to roam around the city and get his bearings, or at least most of it. Before he departed, he double checked that his notepad and pen was in the pocket of his hoodie. The weight of the paper and pen felt… oddly heavy. A lonesome smile crept onto his lips, and he stepped out.

The walk was aimless; he had no destination in mind, and his feet guided him into the nearby park. With hands buried in his pockets, he continued his trek through the pathway until he heard a faint voice call out to him. It only took a moment for him to quickly fish out his memo pad and scribble something.

"Yes?" he wrote.

Quite a while later, as he was starting to drift off, a stranger caught his eye. More specifically, a few words scriblled onto paper caught them. Though the teen couldn't quite understand why the other chose this particular means of communication, he figured it wasn't his business anyway, so he let it be.

"I'm.. new to Koi, could you show me where.. Chai Condos is?" Kawasumi asked, referring to a piece of paper onto which he'd scribbled the name of his residence. He could only hope that the stranger would turn out to be a kind one.

Great. His first day in this new city and he was lost already. The brunet pressed two fingers against his forehead, unsure of where to go or who to ask for help. In the end, he settled for taking a seat at the nearby bench and waiting for a passerby who was willing to help him get out of this situation.
