I'm from Louisiana and had several friends effected by the flooding. He did bring supplies they needed. Y'all understand that like 20,000 people had to be rescued right? So many are displaced it's unreal. Celtic Studios in BR is housing a ton of people who don't have anything anymore. In addition, there is some evidence that it has long-term negative effects, although it’s not conclusive evidence, and it’s often exaggerated. Either way, it’s not worth the risks to circumcise a baby.

Women have the right to an abortion, but whether or not that counts as the same thing is largely a matter of opinion. They still aren’t legally allowed to kill a child they’ve already given birth to.

I didn’t circumcise my son, but that was because his father wasn’t either and I wanted them to match. So when he’s older he’s not like “why does mine look different from my dads??” But the doctors said that it really doesn’t make a different. As long as you teach your child proper ways to wash they will be fine.

Also, letting kids decide?! What a joke. Kids are stupid and want to be unicorns, eat cupcakes all day and jump off things. We HAVE to make decisions for them or else they would die.

Huh. Well most of the stuff I’ve read said to pee with your kid. Even my doctor recommended that. It’s not weird or anything but kids are monkey see monkey do. Obviously not all parents use the bathroom in front of their kids but a lot of parents I know do. Plus the kids won’t even let you pee by yourself. Toddlers are really clingy, you usually can’t even get a bathroom break to yourself. It happens.

Because as someone that was circumcised it’s a forewarning about what not to do. It’s a bad practice that means nothing. It’s basically a way for hospitals to secure more funds from performing unnecessary medical procedures. If a parent tells their son to pull his foreskin back when he bathes he will be fine.

My brother wasn't as a baby, but he had to be when we were in high school because of issues he was having. All I know is that he wished he would've been as a baby because going through it as a teenager was horrendous for him.

Compared to most people, I guess I have a pretty decent immune system. I've never had pneumonia, the flu, ear infections, pink eye, or strep throat. However, I did have cryptosporidium when I was 4 and caught mono a few years ago. I still wouldn't trade either of those for being sick every year like a lot of people I know.
