Which isn’t surprising, since most, if not all, messages about not being a piece of shit creep like that is aimed towards men. Women rarely get told “you need to respect the boundaries of those around you,” since the biggest voice for that (feminism) just assumes women know that by default and thus don’t need the messaging and/or that when women do it, it’s fine.
But anyone with experience in reality knows that such an assumption is wrong. 🤣
My issue with it is the original post had TONS of people talking about how terrible men are for doing this, but the second it was revealed the gropers were women, the shaming and generalizations more or less halted.
I knew a woman who was groped at a pride parade while other women were cheering it on. The formula they are taught is:
male sexuality is bad!
female sexuality is good! And so it becomes easy to be blind to anything bad women do, and to see everything male as evil.
