“ I love playing really strung out characters, and characters that are really pushed to their limits and losing their mind. I think that’s wonderful. To be able to lose it, in many ways, is just great fun to do. ”
emiliawestaway:
“Yeah yeah,” Emilia rolled her eyes as she stood against the wall of the rooftop garden. “I know, you’re not supposed to smoke up here. Because of children and being considerate of other people, but what about being considerate of me, huh?” She ranted between breaths of her cigarette. “I cannot be fucked to walk all the way downstairs for ten minutes.”
Kyle’s concentration went from the racing game he had been trying to beat to the brunette who thought this was a good moment to speak up. An annoyed sigh left his lips as the phone screen announced that it was game over. “I think you got me confused with someone who gives a fuck,” the man blurted out as he gave her a once-over, quickly forgetting about the game he had just lost. “You could be doing far better things with that mouth though.”
It does me no good; violence has changed me. / My body has grown cold like the stripped fields; / now there is only my mind, cautious and wary, / with the sense it is being tested.

His snark caused her to raise her eyebrows. It felt like a challenge and Grace never said no to a challenge. Placing her book aside, she pushed herself off the chair and out of her seated position. “You’ve done yoga before, right?” the blonde asked, a little contempt in her tone.
“Right,” Kyle responded quickly, of course, he hadn’t ever tried yoga before but there was no way he was admitting that to the woman. Especially not with the way she was looking at him now. It seemed easy enough, he always saw other’s doing it without putting much effort into it. “Like a million times,” the male added, folding his arms across his chest.

As she snuggled into a comfy position, Grace barely noticed his annoyance. Tilting her head, she couldn’t help but beam a smile. “Oh, don’t worry about me. Like I said, you won’t even notice I’m here,” she promised, holding her book up triumphantly. After a brief moment of reading, she did interrupt him, just once more — in true Grace style. “Oh and when you’re done, if you need any help with a good stretch, I know a great routine. Your muscles will definitely thank you later.”
It seemed that she had been right about not being noticeable, Kyle continued to move his equipment — repeatedly making unnecessary noise, even though it didn’t seem to matter to the blonde. When she finally spoke again, he looked up faster than he would’ve preferred, showing interest that was usually kept well hidden. “You’re going to show me a routine?” He snarked, rolling his eyes. “Go on then, there’s no need to wait.” Kyle mostly wanted to see her fail but part of him also just wanted to get a better view of her clearly fit body in action.

Olivia couldn’t help but scoff when he asked her why she didn’t do anything to his breaks. “He may be a prick but I can’t afford a lawsuit.” She added with a raise of her eyebrows. When he mentioned more cleavage she furrowed eyebrows and tilted her head. “Did you seriously just say that?” She shook her head. “God you men are all the same. Such fucking pigs.”
“A lawsuit means you would’ve gotten caught,” Kyle chimed with a grin, “I trust you know your trade well enough to make sure that didn’t happen.” Unlike her rude customer, he firmly believed women were just as skilled as men in any profession, if not, better. Although, admitting it was something else entirely. “Ouch. I don’t appreciate being compared to an animal that shits in the same place it eats. Hurting my feelings here, doll.”
