My sister who is 12 years old and 5′4 thinks she has to be 90 pounds in order to be pretty. In 1-2 months, she went from 116 to 110 by eating a lot less and working out intensely. When I try to convince her that it’s not healthy, she would just ignore and bring up other people who’s like 5′7 and 95 pounds. According to her BMI (Body Mass Index), if she’s 90 pounds, she would be way underweight. Please spread this and help her realize that she doesn’t need to be 90 pounds in order to feel pretty.
