I woke up feeling full, not surprised since I binged last night. Felt like a disgusting pig, but it was the last time. It’s the first of the month, I need to purge myself and reach 36 hours, no food, no sweets, no sugary drinks only water. Lots and lots of water.
9:30 AM
Managed to let out the food last night, it’s a good sign, my stomach is still bloating but I feel a lot better. I’m planning to drink water every 30 minutes. (And every time I feel hungry)
8:00 PM
Went to the Gym and did arm and ab workout w/ hill incline.

Strictly OMAD, no snacks in between. This is a much healthier option if you’re going to the gym or constantly doing physical activities.
