my name is kyrie grace. i'm 16 and i have multiple chronic illnesses (pots and hypermobility spectrum disorder) so i'm in and out of the hospital and just sick in general a lot. :(
i go by she/her pronouns and i'm asexual and biromantic.
tw bc this blog can get kinda depressing or angsty sometimes ngl. i've been low key kind of a pessimist since i got sick so i vent here a lot.

goodnight from the er! (yes i'm in the literal hallway; i was in a trauma room for a bit when i passed out but they moved me here after they got me stabilized bc there's a shortage of space rn.) i don't mind though; my head is too fuzzy to really remember names but everyone i've seen so far is really nice, especially the nurses. they're making this suck a little less even though they're busy. if any healthcare workers are reading this, ty for all you do!
Hope you're doing okay, you're very brave, you know what ? I can come by and see you tomorrow and we can talk cause that must be hard for you !

so apparently if you pass out in the er waiting room they notice and you get to become an emergency patient. just woke up in a completely different room with a bunch of wires and tubes i didn't have before. currently experiencing my least favorite part of being in the hospital- waiting on someone to come check in on me to tell me what happened (it's honestly really fuzzy) and unhook my iv so i can go to the bathroom. yes i know the call button exists. no i'm not pushing it if it's not an emergency. they are busy enough on a holiday weekend.
