Thank you for considering! I was wondering if you'd be willing to check on the animal shelter there for me... I tried calling and no one seems to answer, so I'm a little worried as to what might have happened to all the volunteers... and the animals!

[1/5]+FINALLY! Something exciting to do in this boring city!
[2/5]+What do you need, boss!?
[3/5]+Do I have to go hunt someone down and attack them to get some answers for you?
[4/5]+Is there a cool, secret package that I need to pick up for you with, like, hundreds of dollars hidden inside!?

Is anyone currently in Paralia? I don't think I'll be able to get back for a while and really need a favor!
bashful blitz -- ; (closed)
The young girls heart was pounding happily, one reason being the fact that she got to attend such an amazing looking ball. The other reason was that her close friend, and special crush, was her date for the night. Hours before arriving she spent the day getting ready with her girl friends, getting their dresses and makeup all put on properly and doing each others hair. It was a very fun day but the events soon to come would only make the day even better.
She had her hair done up in a half ponytail consisting of the top layer, while the under layer waved down her back like calm tidal waves. Very little makeup was needed to decorate her already pretty and fair face. The dress she wore was decorated will all colors of the rainbow, bright and soft with a pink flower near the top. The mask placed upon her face was also of a bright pink to match with the rest of the colors. Most people would say her outfit was meant for a very young child but she loved it and enjoyed every bit of the youthful dress.
Her and her green haired friend arrived at the ball together but they didn’t stay with each other for all to long once the white sheep’s date called her out. As he walked up to her the young girl blushed at how charming he looked. Simple and sweet in his tuxedo but still as bashful looking as ever.
"Thanks! Y-you look really good to tonight…" She gave a nervous smile. She loved being around him but knowing she was his date made the girl even more flustered then usual. "Really? A garden? I’d love to see it!" She grew calmer at the fun mention of nature. Maybe tonight wouldn’t be to nerve wrecking for the poor quite girl. "Where is it?"
With some sudden reluctance he glanced over the shoulder of his date, curious as to where her previous company had gone if not to accompany them. Blinking, it seemed the other had vanished-- or simply moved to another stage of the event-- so he instead allowed his gaze to relax upon his shorter companion with little worry.
Lips curved softly at her compliment, praise of any measure and kind always appreciated, "Thank you! I'm not really used to wearing ties..." All his jobs required more of the physical aspect of labor as opposed to the professional front. He dismissed the topic with an optimistic laugh, however. "...but there's a first time for everything!"
Hoping he might attribute his bit of nervousness to the excitement felt, confidence welled slowly but surely. It had been quite long since he'd been able to share a night (or a day, for that matter) with Mary without the conflicts of other friends and his work schedule interfering, so he gave their time together now significant value.
Her fluster seemed not to stress him in the slightest as he enthusiastically answered her. Although dances were usually the customary way of enjoying the ball, he loved more that she shared his wish to venture into the calmer air.
"It's outside! They have fountains you can sit near or a maze you can go through. What would you like better?"
Bake Sale Recruit || Open
It was not so much customary as it was mandatory at Hyrule Enterprises for the interns and prospective employees to set up and hold their own charity events as a means of getting experience under their belt. It showed initiative, ingenuity and compassion, as well as proof that her father was not going to be hiring a bubble headed money hungry ninny to work for the corporation that he had worked so hard to cultivate with his own two hands.
Though her father would never say that last part, and as a much of a kind man he was, Zelda knew better. These little projects were but a means to weed out the unsavory types, which to her seemed rather unfair — build up these people’s hopes only to deny them opportunity, but she chocked it up to him just being wary.
And it seemed that despite being the daughter of a scion, contrary to popular belief, she would be participating in the little competition herself as well. Zelda had already began her prepations; donating to the hospital to continue expanding their children’s ward, and thus holding a bake sale at the location itself to raise the target funds. All she needed was help, which was why she had begun to walk the streets of Kairos, considering she was in the area already, to scout any prospective takers. When she happened upon a stranger, she lightly tapped them on the shoulder, giving a polite smile to match.
"While I hate to be a bother, I just wanted to inquire if you would like to make a proper amount of coin this weekend?"
Seto was no stranger to the efforts of others, the managements of businesses, and the ideal work ethic. As one who has taken on many part-time jobs year round and continues to work even over the summer months, he held remarkable experiences in multiple fields with connections to all those who became enamored with his spirit.
Where enthusiasm would fade, his would rise. To maintain a positive atmosphere was, without a doubt, the best way to give comfort to those stressed and otherwise without a soul to turn to. Making himself readily available to others was more than a habit as it was practiced with the emphasis of a lifestyle. Despite the shyer aspects of his nature, he adored more the ability to give his assistance to others.
Which is why when an opportunity by a kind-appearing woman was suddenly bestowed upon him, it was wholeheartedly welcomed. The offer was viewed as nothing less than a blessing, even without the promise of coin.
"Do you mean like a temporary job?" Money was, of course, a necessity that would never diminish in value in the general scheme of things. To bring up this point first sounded vaguely like that of a bribe-- but Seto hadn't the slightest worry over this detail. Even with only a few words exchanged, he wanted to believe her intentions meant well.
"What kind of help do you need?"

I see! It's certainly true that the rain helps out the earth a lot! The leaves are also very pretty in the Fall!
Ah, I would greatly appreciate your help! I've only had a cellphone for a little while ... People seem to have so many different types, it gets a little confusing learning how they all work!

The night had only begun, but he was restless, awed, and beyond satisfied with his decision to attend the ball. After having heard that the event was free to enter and that friends were planning to seize the opportunity, he had little reason not to follow suit.
It was an event of the grandest proportions, a party unlike any he'd seen at home. It was certain blissful ignorance that he did not realize the host was the very same slowly destroying the nature of Paralia, for the thrilling ambiance of the guests, music, and refreshments combined with the sereneness of the neighboring outdoor veranda was too inviting an environment to abandon so soon.
He'd dressed relatively simple for the occasion, a small tie loosely fitted about a dress shirt coupled with matching black pants and appropriately shined shoes. With a mask of corresponding colors, he felt prepared enough to enjoy the evening until time flew.
"Mary!" Out of a surge of excitement he'd shouted upon spotting his dearest friend, influenced by the bubbling atmosphere of the mingling and giggling party-goers as he waved in her direction. Realizing then that identities were probably not supposed to be known due to the masquerade theme, he immediately recoiled, the hand soon rubbing the back of his neck shyly to disguise his mistake.
Regardless, it takes only a moment before he's recovered and caught up with her, smiling brightly before exchanging the proper pleasantries.
"Ahh, wow! You look great!" An honest comment, he couldn't recall a night where he'd seen her so elegantly dolled up. "Did you just get here? There's a super nice garden outside I want to show you!"

psych, squirm
Psych!: How gullible are you? Have you ever been pranked or playfully fooled?
"Well, people say I am, but I don't think it's a bad thing? If we're both laughing, it ends up being a lot of fun! You have to be careful with pranks, though, I learned that from Shuuya."
Squirm: What's a topic that always makes you feel awkward when it gets brought up?
"We've been talking about some really embarrassing things in health class, lately... Everyone seems to think it's really funny, but isn't it kind of inappropriate?!"
blush and oops
Blush: What's something embarrassing you've done in front of a crush or someone you were trying to impress? + Oops!: What's something embarrassing you've done in public?
"One time, this girl told me she was really tired of walking, so I picked her up to be nice. She was really light, so I didn't think it was a big deal, but people started saying she was my bride? I think I ended up embarrassing her a lot--"
"Wait-- I'm not saying she's my crush, though. I didn't think it was that impressive to carry Mary. --Did I say Mary? N-no, I-- what was the question--!?"
wings, story time!
Wings: What's a fantasy or wish of yours?
"I wish school wasn't so hard... I've been trying my best, but I think I might need to get a tutor... Eh? What do you mean that was a lame answer?"
Story Time: Tell a story about something you did or something that has happened to you within the last 24 hours.
"When I got back home from school today, my mom had fresh pies made for a bake sale! I wasn't allowed to eat any, but they smelled great and we got to make one together!"
talent + wings
Talent: Do you have any strange talents or skills you've learned but never really had a use for?
"I can train animals really well! And also, I'm pretty strong? I'm not sure if that's a talent, though... and I use both pretty often, I'm sorry."
Wings: What's a fantasy or wish of yours?
"I wonder if this will sound silly... sometimes I wish I could understand what animals are thinking. I've come to know their feelings really well, and I think they understand me sometimes, too! But to be able to talk with them would be like a dream come true."
