This is my OC, Akumu.. adapted into a Resident Evil character. He's the lab born son of Wesker. This OC has the most goddamn lore of all my OCs and in depth ANYTHING. I'm fucking proud of myself. I'm fine with any kinds of rps, just message me if you want it to go a certain directions or something. There's so much to this baby boi that I can't wait to show y'all. HIS LIKE EVERYTHING IS IMPORTANT, SO HERE IT ISSSS

YEAH AKUMU IS A TWINK, BUT HE IS PHYSICALLY AROUND 22, AND HIS MENTAL AGE USUALLY IS AROUND THE SAME, MAYBE A LITTLE LESS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT SOMETHINGS, BUT HE IS A ADULT, HE JUST HAS MENTAL ISSUES AND MAY ACT CHILDLIKE ABOUT SOME THINGS.

Age: Physically ~19–22 (chronologically younger due to lab growth, but no actual age)

Blood Type: O- (genetically modified)

Appearance:

Build: Androgynous, slim physique. Rather underweight.

Hair: Snow white. Shoulder length. Slightly messy. Falls in soft layers. Often falls in his face.

Eyes: slight almond shape. Long lashes. Left eye pink, right eye blue.

Skin: pale, almost porcelain in appearance.

Other: Black crack markings. Start at neck, spread lightly onto jaw and cheek. Visible going under clothing. Spread throughout his body. spread more when stressed or feeling strong emotions, usually go back to normal after resting.

Outfit:

Base: black compression turtleneck. Matte, slightly medical material. Subtle panaling along the torso. Faint seam lines where injections and monitoring nodes used to be.

Outer: Cropped tactical coat. Slim fit, slightly cropped at waist. Deep black with desaturated blue-grey undertones. Dark red/muted crimson inner lining. One sleeve slightly more reinforced than other. Harness straps across chest and shoulders. Faded labeling "Project Apex".

Hands/Arms: Fingerless black gloves. Slightly worn. One glove slightly tighter. Wrist mounted injector. Faint glow when active.

Lower Half: Slim tactical pants. Fitted, flexible material. Reinforced knees (still sleek). One leg has more holes than the other. Burn marks.

Footwear: Lightweight combat boots. Sleek, not chunky. Slight heel.

Bonus: thin frameless tinted glasses, never wears properly.

Combat Style:

Stance: Light and agile. Slight lean forward. Feet rarely planted. Sudden bursts of speed. When stressed, he fails, becoming jerky, uneven, and twitchy.

Weapons: Dual knives. Pistol

Enhanced Abilities: Short bursts of superhuman speed. Stronger than normal human Under extreme stress, hands turn to claws, tendrils burst out of him and lash out,and his limbs grow blade like protrusions. When his mutations affect him during combat, he is extremely exhausted afterwards.

Weaknesses: Virus strain causes fatigue, so he can't maintain his strength or speed for long periods. Emotional spikes make him unpredictable to himself and others.

Other details: when fighting, veins pulse slightly along arms and neck. Crack markings on skin spread a bit when he over exerts, go back to normal usually after he rests.

Virus Information

Virus Type: Prototype strain derived from Umbrella’s research within Umbrella Corporation

Core Function: Enhances speed, reflexes, and regeneration (Constantly damages his body while doing so)

Stability Cycle: Requires injector doses every few hours to remain stable

Without it: Pain spikes, then motor control loss, then forced mutation.

Limits: Cannot sustain peak performance long. Overuse = breakdown (tearing muscles, spreading cracks), regeneration is painful and imperfect.

Failure State:

If untreated or pushed too far: Body begins irreversible mutation. Mind starts fragmenting. Eventually becomes a full bio-weapon (loss of identity). The more power he uses, the closer he gets to losing himself.

Primary Threats

Umbrella. Views him as: Valuable asset and a recoverable experiment

Their Goal: capture, stabilize, mass-produce results.

Backstory:

Project Apex

Deep within a sealed facility operated by Umbrella Corporation, a classified program was initiated: Project APEX, The creation of a successor to Albert Wesker using preserved genetic data, researchers attempted to recreate and surpass Wesker, not just physically, but evolutionarily. Akumu was their first viable result.

Creation

He wasn’t born, he was grown. Accelerated aging in a containment tank, constant viral exposure during development, neural conditioning meant to shape obedience and intelligence. But something unexpected happened: He developed emotional awareness earlier than intended. He felt before he was ready to understand.

The “Father” He Never Had

During early development, Akumu was shown recordings of Wesker: His voice, his speeches, his mannerisms. These were meant to: Shape behavior, instill superiority, create psychological alignment. But instead… Akumu interpreted them as guidance. He began to see Wesker not as a template, but as a father

Misinterpretation

Wesker’s cold logic =“He’s teaching me how to survive”

His ambition = “He wants me to be strong”

His lack of empathy = “I need to earn his approval”

Akumu didn’t understand manipulation.He understood connection.

The Failure

Before Akumu’s development stabilized: The viral integration process went wrong. His body began rejecting the strain. Emotional instability increased.

And then Wesker died.

After Wesker’s Death

Without Wesker: The project lost direction. Researchers became impatient. They pushed Akumu harder. More injections. More tests. More pain.

What Akumu Believed

Instead of blaming them…He blamed himself. “I am not complete yet.” “He would not want me like this.” “I need to be better.”

He believed: Wesker had a plan for him. He was meant to be perfect. His suffering was part of becoming worthy.

Conditioning That Broke Him

To maintain control, researchers reinforced one idea: “You are his legacy.”

That phrase became everything to him. Even as: His body cracked, his mind destabilized, his control slipped. He held onto it.

The Incident (Escape)

During a stabilization procedure: His injector system failed. Pain spiked beyond control. Mutation triggered. In panic and confusion: He lashed out. The facility was damaged. Staff were killed, some by accident, some not. Containment collapsed.

His Perspective

He didn’t see it as escape. He saw it as: “I failed again.”

Aftermath

Now loose in the world: Hunted by Umbrella. Feared as a bio-weapon. Physically deteriorating. But mentally?Still holding onto one belief: Wesker is waiting for him to become worthy.

Core Tragedy

Akumu’s defining flaw isn’t his virus. It’s this: He loves someone who never loved him. And worse, he is trying to become someone who would never accept him.

Arias stands, stretching out his limbs as he yawns, pulling the handle with his tail. unfortunately, his eyes are still closed as he does so, so he can’t see who’s at his door

A dry, rough hand shot out, grabbing Arias by the neck and lifting him into the air. It was Osmund Saddlar. He had a look of cold fury on his face. One of his eyes was infected, and he didn't have his staff.

"You've interfered with my plans for the last time."

He tightened his grip on the young cat-boy's neck.

Arias’s eyes fly open as he gets grabbed, coughing as he gets choked out.

the boy squeaks, clawing at the man’s marred hands in an attempt to get some air back

Saddlar tightened his grip on his neck, grunting as he threw the young man across the room.

He walked in, his Footsteps slow and ominous.

Arias lands with a grunt, righting himself up on all fours.

Sandler? oh, you must be that Adam Sandler guy my little sister was telling me about. too bad you gotta die now

he charged forward, claws out, slashing at the man’s robes. and true to his word, he did have to die; his pregnant lover was asleep in the next room over, and he couldn’t be seen, lest something were to happen to him.

Saddler's right arm grew, doubling in size and mutating into a grotesque jagged limb. He swung it at Arias, Saddlers nails cutting at the cat-boys' skin.

"Pathetic." He spat in hatred.

He walked toward Arias, his mutated arm twitching

"Tell me, what is it like being the mouse for once? You seemed to have a good time killing Inútil."

Arias winces as he’s hit; that’s gonna sting like a bitch when his adrenaline dies down.

i’m not the fucking mouse. and yeah, i did. but you’re next bitch

with that, he charges, shredding the man’s mutated arm as he goes. he spins, burying his razor sharp fangs in Saddler’s shoulder and latching his feet claws into the small of his back

Saddler hissed in pain, grabbing at Arias with his now bleeding mutant limb, trying to reach over his shoulder. He gets a hold of the young man's arm, his nails digging hard into the skin, breaking it and sinking into the flesh.

"Thousands of years of evolution, we will not be defeated by a puny Human with cat features!-"

He slammed his back into the wall in an effort to get Arias off of him, smashing a mirror on the wall with a loud crash

Arias grits his teeth as his arm gets shredded and his back gets filled with broken glass, pushing his legs out all the way into Saddler’s back. he jumps back, creating some distance

"Oh? Is that why you died from the injection? It's honestly pathetic. How can you die from something so weak?"

Saddler brushed the broken glass off his shoulder, the scratches on his mutated arm vanishing before the cat-boy's very eyes, his arm shrinking back to normal like nothing ever happened

"Kids these days.." he spoke with destain, shaking his head

"Your little friend broke my staff. So after I kill you, she is next."

Arias spat, tail lashing violently.

i’m not a kid; i’m a grown man. and don’t you dare think for even a second that i’d let you even get anywhere close to anyone that i love

he growled, lunging with his claws out and aiming right for the man’s face

He tried to dodge, getting scratched on the face a few times. Blood dripped down from his eyebrow and chin onto his expensive-looking robe.

"Well,"

He sighed, wiping the blood off his face

"You killed something I cared about... how about I return the favor!-"

Saddler charged at Arias, slashing across the young man's chest with a piece of glass he had picked up, leaving a shallow cut through Ariases skin. He chuckled, wiping the blood of the glass in his hand

Arias stands there taking it unblinkingly.

he laughs, shaking his head. before the man can react, Arias speeds around him, leaving deep and jagged cuts all over his body

Saddler jerked in pain, swinging left and right for Arias. He stabbed the piece of glass deep into the cat-boy's back, kicking him in the chest hard enough to break a rib

Arias screeched in pain, falling to the ground as the glass gets forced all the way through his chest, ribs breaking in the process

"You're lucky You're useful."

Saddler spoke lowly, pinning Arias to the glass covered floor with his foot

"I will spare you life, but I want to make one thing clear."

He pressed down harder when Arias attempted to stand up.

"Stay out of my way, or you will never meet your unborn child. Understood?"

Arias gasps, the squelch of his organs audible as he’s forced farther into the glass

he spat, blood dribbling down his chin. his bones crunch sickeningly as he’s kicked back down to the ground

He snarled

Arias feels the telltale sign of the last of his ribs snapping, his lungs getting punctured under the pressure. a gurgling sound seeps out of him as he gasps, blood spurting from his mouth, chest, and back before the inky blackness swallows him whole

Saddler rolled his eyes, taking his foot off the young man's back and pulling something from his robe. He injected it into the cat-boy's neck, walking out the front door like nothing happened.

Arias wakes up with a jolt, throwing up a stomach-full of blood, chocking on it as he tries to turn over. he claws at the ground as he chest gets covered in more glass, trying to make his way to his lover. his body convulses, work so strenuous for his broken body. the last thing he hears is the sound of his collar clinking against the hardwood floors of the kitchen before his vision goes black once again

Akumu opens the door to the bedroom, stepping out a bit as he rubs at his eyes, glasses in his other hand. The smell of blood hits his nose instantly.

"Arias. Arias where are you-" he freezes when he sees the trail of blood. His breath quickens as he pushes his glasses on and runs to the kitchen, falling to his knees at Arias's side.

"Arias! Ari, baby, wake up!"

Arias’s eyes fly back open, a wet gasp tears from his throat. the sound is sickening, his lung was punctured through and through, chest filling with more blood the more he tried and failed to breathe.

then, without warning, his body snapped back in half like the girl from The Exorcist, a silent scream seeping out. his bones crunched as they broke and mended over and over again, trying to properly realign themselves.

his skin ripped and tore as blood squelched out of the hundreds of holes in his skin from the glass trying to force its way out

Arias’s body dropped like a puppet with its strings cut. the minutes draw on like hours before he blinks awake, sitting up and glancing around. he looks down, grabbing the half of the mirror that had been stabbed all the way through his middle, and pulls it out like it was nothing. he starts to stand, beginning to pluck shards from his entire torso

Akumu stares at Arias, his eyes wide and brimming with tears. He was terrified and worried, and..

He let's out a sharp gasp, clutching his stomach.

"Arias- what the fuck happened- why are you- wh-" his breath starts to quicken again as he tries to stand, stumbling a bit.

"I-I think- Arias, I think the baby is fucking coming, and you need to tell me what the hell happened."

Akumu is not playing around this time.

Arias sits down on the couch, placing Akumu in his lap and holding his face in his paws, wiping his tears with his thumbs

sweetheart, you can’t mess this up. and i believe in you. you managed to carry our baby for nine months, you can push it out. and you won’t be doing this alone

he leans forward, placing a sweet kiss on his lips

and uh.. i- i got us a house. well, not really, Gideon said that i could clear out the old house by the helipad. but uh.. i kinda decorated the whole thing for us. because i want us living in a home, not just a house. there’s a room for the baby, and one for Chloe. it uh.. it was supposed to be a surprise wedding gift, but i guess we could use the gift early

Akumu kisses back gently, letting his hands gently pet Arias's paws.

"I.. I can push them out.. I-I have you. You'll be here.. you'll.. Arias, you're gonna be a father." He says, starting to tear up.

"We're finally having a family. We're really having a baby."

Akumu winces as another contraction hits him, he squeezes Arias's paws tightly as he let's out a small noise.

"Baby you.. you didn't have to do that." He says, smiling gently through the lingering pain of the contraction. "Oh, Chloe is going to be so excited. She and the baby can play all the time." He says, pressing kisses to Ari's paws as a way to distract himself from the pain.

Arias says, holding his lover close to his chest. hit hurst his heart to see the person he cares about most in pain

i know i didn’t. but i wanted to. and i had a feeling she will; i got her help decorating her room and the baby’s. but i have a feeling you wouldn’t be too take a ride on the bike right now, considering you are actively giving birth

he wraps his arms around Akumu’s back, fluttering kisses in his brow in an attempt to lessen the pain

Akumu smiles, chuckling as Arias presses the kisses on his face. "Ari. Damnit, kitty." He says fondly.

Each contraction, Akumu holds onto Arias, wincing and tensing. Eventually, the contractions slowly do get closer and closer together.

"F-Fuck.. now I understand why women scream so much.." he says, laughing through the pain

Arias chuckles, trying to hide his concern

um, Aku dear, i don’t mean to worry you, but none of the baby’s stuff is here. i moved all of it to the house. i really, really hate to do this to you, but do you think you can last the drive over on my bike. it’ll be 20 minutes tops. 15 if i take shortcuts

Akumu slowly gets up, having to use Arias for support as he struggles a bit, breath gasping a bit.

"Yeah.. I-I can.." he says, forcing a wobbly smile. His hand presses to his belly, as he closes his eyes, the pain making his breath shakey.

"i.. I can last 20 minutes..."

Arias says, pressing a kiss into Akumu’s hairline before scooping him up into a bridal carry and sprinting down the stairs. he quickly dresses Alumu in his leathers best he can, stuffing his helmet on his lover’s head

don’t worry about me; i could take the impact. our baby can’t. hold on tight as you can. maybe make use of those extra limbs you got?

he suggests, before peeling out of the garage, and starting to weave in and out through the traffic

Akumu holds on tightly, letting out two of his tendrils, cautious of the blood loss and virus spreading through him, as he wraps the tendrils around Arias's waist.

His breath was heavy, the pain of the contractions lingering more than he would like each time.

Akumu cries out slightly as a particularly painful contraction hits him while Arias takes a sharp turn.

in the end, Arias managed to get them up to Rhodes Hill in eight minutes. he jumped off the bike, not even bothering to turn it off before scooping Akumu up and carrying him inside

sorry you don’t get to have a proper look around our new home, but you’re kinda a ticking time bomb

Arias says, bringing his lover into their bedroom and setting him down carefully before beginning to strip him down, leaving him in just an oversized shirt

His breath was heavy, and after a bit, the contractions were closer together, and lasting longer too.

Akumu reaches, grabbing Arias's paws, tears pricking at his eyes. "Ari. Ari, what do you.. gh.. what do you think they'll look like.." he asks, trying to distract himself from a painful contraction.

Arias soothes, petting his lover’s sweat-slicked hair and kissing his tears away. he rushed to the cabinet, pulling out all of the towels they own and laying them on the floor

"I-I just need you, baby.. I-I just need you here when it gets harder.." He says, closing his eyes tightly.

The baby is coming. And God, Akumu has never been more scared in his life.

Arias says, freaking out a bit. he knelt down, clutching a towel in his hands in preparation. he knew Akumu was scared, and he couldn’t let him see he was scared - that would just scare him more

Finally, it was over. Akumu's black veins covered most his arms now and half his face, and he was exhausted, barely conscious as he tries to focus on Arias and their newborn. A beautiful baby girl, who took so much after Arias, it was almost uncanny.

He smiles tiredly, his breath heavy and lowering into a rhythm as he tries to not succumb to sleep yet. There was some blood, but that was fine considering him.

Arias had cleaned the both of them up as best he could, their newborn daughter swaddled tightly in a blanket and wearing one of the hats Julia had made. he settles himself down in their bed, wrapping himself around around his lover, tiny bundle of joy stashed in the crook of his arm

Akumu let's out a small quiet laugh, tears pricking at his eyes. "I'm.. just a bit tired.." he says, smiling. "She's here.. Arias, she's actually here."

He watches as the newborn rests comfortably against Arias, already attached and adoring her daddy. "She's perfect, and looks just like you.." he says, pressing a kiss to Arias, then a small, gentle kiss to the baby.

".. Arietta.. a small aria.. Arietta, our little miracle..." He whispers gently, before closing his eyes, exhausted, and finally succumbing to the pull of sleep.

He slammed his back into the wall in an effort to get Arias off of him, smashing a mirror on the wall with a loud crash

Saddler rolled his eyes, taking his foot off the young man's back and pulling something from his robe. He injected it into the cat-boy's neck, walking out the front door like nothing happened.

Arias wakes up with a jolt, throwing up a stomach-full of blood, chocking on it as he tries to turn over. he claws at the ground as he chest gets covered in more glass, trying to make his way to his lover. his body convulses, work so strenuous for his broken body. the last thing he hears is the sound of his collar clinking against the hardwood floors of the kitchen before his vision goes black once again

Akumu opens the door to the bedroom, stepping out a bit as he rubs at his eyes, glasses in his other hand. The smell of blood hits his nose instantly.

"Arias. Arias where are you-" he freezes when he sees the trail of blood. His breath quickens as he pushes his glasses on and runs to the kitchen, falling to his knees at Arias's side.

"Arias! Ari, baby, wake up!"

Arias’s eyes fly back open, a wet gasp tears from his throat. the sound is sickening, his lung was punctured through and through, chest filling with more blood the more he tried and failed to breathe.

then, without warning, his body snapped back in half like the girl from The Exorcist, a silent scream seeping out. his bones crunched as they broke and mended over and over again, trying to properly realign themselves.
