Happy Winter Olympics from La Belle Epoque!

Watching the beginning of the figure skating competitions yesterday inspired us to take a look at this original (and beautiful!) World Ice Skating Championship poster from 1986.

Something beautiful and delicate for a Sunday. This artwork is from 1899 and comes from our Maitres de L'Affiche series. A collection of miniature versions of stone lithograph artworks by some of the finest and integral poster artists. This intriguing piece is by the celebrated french draftsman Adolphe Willette. We have a large collection of Maitres de L'Affiche available exclusively in our store.

Sometimes we all need a boost to get through the cold days. This bright, colourful french poster from the 1900s advertises the city of Besancon in France.
