decided that this tumblr is gonna be my new diary, i don’t post shit anyway and i need to express myself or ill go crazy 💁‍♀️

that being said i feel the urge to talk about queer love right now 🧘‍♀️

there’s something so deep about queer love, i cannot imagine a universe where i’d ever find a love like i have with my girlfriend, with a man. i feel like straight people (and some bi girls) don’t realize it’s not just two girls dating it’s an entire different type of love, understanding, and pride. being able to love women in every way feels like such a gift, no amount of homophobia could ever change the way i view my sexuality, it always has and always will be one of my favorite things about myself. i think we tend to see a lot of lesbians who find it difficult accepting who they are, but we need more representation of lesbians that wholeheartedly love who they are, i will never be ashamed of the fact that i love women. making this because i love being queer and i love my community but also because i had to talk to somebody who would constantly bring up how they “hate gay people who make it their whole personality” anytime i’d bring up my girlfriend… so just for that i’m making a whole post about it 😆.

it’s one of the only things that i feel so attached to, music has shaped me as a person i wish everyone felt as deeply as i do about it, i think the only other feeling that’s up to par with how i feel when i listen to music is being in love
