Weight Loss Success Witchy Bottle Spell
I made a spell to aid weight loss whilst being kind to yourself! No more negative self speech!
This is what I used…
- a small bottle with a cork
- ground cinnamon (for suppressing appetite)
- allspice (for luck)
- celery salt (weight loss and cleansing)
- small piece of rose quartz (promote self love and acceptance.
- photo of yourself.
- a sigil for healthy weight.
- your start weight and goal weight.
- a small pentacle charm to help seal and protect the spell.
- magenta wax to seal the bottle.
1. Take the photo and draw the sigil on the back, meditate for a moment on the intent and meaning of your chosen sigil.
2. Write your starting and goal weight with an arrow towards you goal weight. Meditate on the thoughts of shrinking numbers on a scale, pounds if fat etc
3. Fold the photo up and put it in the bottle. Pour the spices over the photo being mindful of their attributes.
4. Add the Rose quartz and make a silent intention to always speak kindly about yourself be it internally or externally.
5. Pop the cork on and seal with the magenta wax. As you do this say a final spoken intention. I am no word smith so mine didn’t rhyme but I ended it with “… as above so below mote it be” and decided that was good enough!
6.keep the bottle somewhere safe and close by. Mine is on my alter but will probably migrate to my bedside table in a few days!
