I’m trying to eat intuitively and put good food in my body. I had problem with eating for the longest time and yesterday was the first day in MONTHS when I didn’t stress over this. (I also ate some chocolate rice cakes, an apple and more cheeeeeese)
It’s so great that we have these glass thingies that help us see.
i have to go to social event today that i categorically do not want to go!
i went to this and had such a lovely time. do not let your anxiety win!
A new semester started and I set things in motion.
I’m not going to post goals and stuff because someone on tiktok said that when you have ADHD that can give you a sense that you already accomplished something even though you didn’t, so you abandon the task and I felt that in my bones. But I want to post more frequently to motivate myself and to have something to look back on.
Today I was doing some reading in my work when I had some spare time.
Portrait of a Lady on Fire / Portrait de la jeune fille en feu (2019) dir. Céline Sciamma
'There’s this French author named Annie Ernaux, and she wrote a book about her own abortion, and in this book, she says there is no museum in the world where there is a frame called “The Abortion.” It’s an everyday thing, but it’s never represented. And why?' - Céline Sciamma in an interview with Vox [x]
I usually don’t reblog here but I just watched this film and this was my favourite scene and overall I’m absolutely speachless.
I always remind myself if I wasn’t me I would want the things I have now.
After not being able to stop thinking about Smoke Sauna Sisterhood since I watched it like 3 weeks ago I finally decided to start learning Estonian.
I translated the introduction of this podcast ‘Keelehääling’ while listening to it. Obviously I didn’t understand a word but I enjoyed figuring out the text so much.
I think I found something very precious for myself.🤍
Keep in mind, you know nothing.

In my last post I shared my empty notebook collection. Now here I present my finished journals aka the story of my (conscious) life, literally.
All the empty and half-empty notebooks I found lying around in my flat when I tidied up. Time to start fill them up.
