It’s been a very long time since I last posted anything on this blog, but I figured an updated icon was way overdue. I’ve been playing around with lineart colors lately and really love how the whole mood of an image can change just by adjusting the color of the lineart!
I’m going to try to be more active again from now on but I sadly cannot make any promises, real life has been getting in the way of drawing a lot.

Just thought I’d share this! The same OC, drawn 5 years apart. (The older one is her original design sketch, and the newer drawing is one I just finished today!) I guess this just goes to show how much progress can be made in only a few years. Never give up, guys!
This is it! I’m finally doing it and opening up commissions!
My life has been full of a lot of unexpected expenses lately, between caring for my fish and upped prices for gas, clothes, etc. now that I’m out of college. It would mean a lot to me if you would commission me for something, even if it’s just a set of matching icons.
Some extra notes I forgot to squeeze in:
All icons are 500x500 pixels, other commissions will vary in size based on the request but will probably be around 1000x1000 pixels on average.
OCs are okay as long as sufficient reference material is provided; if I need reference material for any other commissions, I will let you know!
PayPal information for payment will be provided over direct message once the commission request has been confirmed and any references provided.
Progress shots will be sent during the drawing process to make sure the drawing is coming out according to plan. Major changes (such as number of characters, overall drawing composition, etc.) must be made clear BEFORE coloring begins (or, in the case of inked art, before final inking begins).

Got my new tablet, so I decided to break it in by making myself a new blog icon! (Finally lol) The pressure sensitivity is super finicky, so I’m still getting used to adjusting my pen pressure accordingly, but I’m glad I chose this tablet brand!
My tablet has officially died as of this afternoon.
It’s a little sad, since this is the tablet I’ve been using ever since I first started trying out digital art in high school, but I’m gonna order a new tablet and hopefully once that’s done and delivered I won’t miss this one at all.
Oh well. This one served me faithfully for a long time. It’s earned its retirement.
I did everything the walk-through told me to and still didn’t get the bad end. I am confusion.

I got a message from my mother today saying that someone she knows was looking for an illustrator for a FIVE BOOK COMIC so she sent them some of my stuff and they were impressed and they’re gonna be in touch with me and I just asjfiohewioahjji I might?? Be?? An actual?? Published illustrator???? SOON????

Jumping headfirst back into a super old fandom of mine, the Dalemark Quartet. I’ve been rereading the series lately for the first time in almost 10 years, and I thought it would be fun to try drawing the four protagonists!

The drama in TG:re is too much for me right now, so…have a mini Touka doodle (sketch & ~lineart ver.). I hope we get to see her in action again soon.
My tablet is very close to dying because of a short in the cord so I probably won’t be posting much art if any until I can get a new one :(

This marks the final piece of my responses for the ML Big Bang, and for Thank Kwami For Cellphones! Since the whole fic revolved around Plagg and Tikki’s calls, I figured I should have at least one piece with them chatting. @claws-n-spots really did a fantastic job with this fic, and I’m so grateful I got to draw for it.
