“If my cooking’s so shit then let’s see YOU do it, smartass!”  At the emphasis, Zero kicked the boiling hot pot of...whatever she had managed and failed to make, straight onto the ground as it rolled and ended to a stop near Dito’s feet.

He had no idea if he’d seen anyone that… looked like that. Probably not. He probably would have remembered, if he had. 

“…Guess we can take a look around, as long as you’re not bothered by hangin’ out with a stranger.” 

The hybrid’s ears went back briefly before he leaned down to give the other a sniff. Sniff snuff. He smelled strange. Strange but also familiar? Charlie couldn’t quite get a bead on what the familiarity was, however, and so he brushed it off, for now.

“Uh...what’s a ‘medical condition?” Mikhail asked, tilting his head while the stranger started sniffing him. He was familiar enough with that to return the gesture. He was, despite his current appearance, still an animal. 

“I’m not bothered at all! I haven’t made many friends yet. Oh! I’m Mikhail by the way!” He may not know Charlie, but something about him made him relax. Like he didn’t have anything to worry about. Different from the Disciples for sure. they were always so...weird.

it’s really good, even if the presentation at the beginning is a little silly, this guy really explores the relationships and metaphors with the sisters, disciples and michael/mikhail. my heart.

“Oh dear,” Just returning to the edge of the Land of Seas, Five’s servants had carted her back in a carriage from a long ride to the Cathedral. After overhearing a dragon cough she’d let herself out to inspect the source, only to find Zero and what remained of Michael, before. Knots in their campfire popped, and Five’s curious eyes looked over the site— over the curled, sick dragon, and her sister looking after him.

“The baby got sick? Isn’t that terrible…” Without realizing it, the pitch of her voice lifted into pet-talk, the way she cooed at cute beings lesser than herself (like Dito, for example). 

“If only there were a kind young sister willing to lend a hand? Oh, wait a minute…”

“Ugh, can you please stop sniveling for five minutes, I’m trying to think,” Zero muttered, pinching the bridge of her nose while she was trying to decide what to do with a sick dragon. Of all the times...

“I’m sorry, Zero...I didn’t mean to...” Mikhail whined, voice nasally and scratchy. If he managed to sneeze again he might end up spitting out another fire ball and that was never a good thing with another person nearby.

The intoner tensed when she heard an all too familiar nauseating voice, gripping her sword as she turned around to face her “sister”. 

“Well look who just decided to show up to make my job easier.” Five mentioning helping made her pause, eye glancing back over at the sick and confused Mikhail. “Don’t be stupid, I’m not letting you anywhere near my dragon.”

i joked about this in discord with pals before but what if the intoner sisters (and zero) existed in modern day as a music band. :3c 

zero would break off for a solo career tho cuz she’s just. like that.
