Well, I’m sure you could dance well. You’re graceful enough to ice skate.Â
Danger, fun, excitement. Any and all of the above?
Oh, I'm the worst dancer.
Gotcha. You're definitely the adventurous type.

Having fun, Isaac?
Yeah... Yeah, I am. You?
[judges him bc wtf] Please don’t.
Don't what?
Is that so? It seems I’ve learned something new about you.Â
I love parties, they’re always filled with so much…potential.
I won't claim to be a dancer or anything but yeah, I'll show up.
Potential for?
Hello, stranger. Fancy seeing you here.Â
I'd never say no to a party.
[dressed as red Power Ranger -- the Mighty Morphin' kind] Oh oh, I love this song.
Hm.
You okay over there?
Hm? Oh, yeah. I'm fine, yeah.

I Just Want Your Kiss Boy → Lana/Isaac
If Isaac’s body language was an accurate indication, everything was going according to plan. His small smile was genuine and she mimicked the expression. It’d been way too long since she’d gone into a game without a goal in mind. Going out with Isaac would be akin to stretching her muscles. This was a spot of fun that had very little in reward, but was excellent practice for future endeavors. Besides, Isaac was very handsome in a young and oblivious kind of way. In a few years he’d have the confidence to ask out any girl he wanted and most would say yes, she liked knowing that this date would help shape his future dating practices. It was possible that he’d never forget her.Â
She ducked her head in an imitation of shyness as he agreed with her. The air felt unseasonably cold so Lana crossed her arms, trying to preserve a little body heat. Her eyes widened as Isaac admitted to never being on a date. Despite the fact that she was feeling quite smug about her choice, her smile was a mixture of excitement and shock. “No, a cute guy like you? I would have thought that everyone was trying to date you. No one as cute as you has ever asked me out before.” It wasn’t a lie, you could hardly call what Lana normally did dating. She listened attentively to his plans. The standard date was normally dinner and a movie, but she found herself pleased that he had chosen something different. Ice skating allowed for conversation and plenty of accidental touching. “Gosh, I haven’t been ice skating in forever, don’t make fun of me if I fall too much,” her voice practically dripped with sincerity while she smiled in wide-eyed innocence. She shivered a little, rubbing her hands up and down her arms, “Well, I am a little cold.”Â
"Oh, thanks..." Isaac muttered, a bit embarrassed with being called cute. He didn't want to appear arrogant by just accepting the class. At the same time, he didn't want to be one of those agitating people who could never seem to accept a compliment. But seriously, he was sure there were way better looking guys and Lana could easily get one of them. She was beautiful and nice, after all. He could feel his cheeks warm and he prayed he wasn't blushing. And if he was, Isaac hoped that Lana would account it for the weather. Ugh, he was being such an idiot, wasn't he?
"I'd never make fun of you." He responded with a solemn nod, pleased that she seemed to like his idea for a date. He was trying to avoid the cliche but still have the familiarity. It seemed like he chose right. "I'll help you out if you fall." Isaac continued, pulling his hands from his jeans aat her response to the cold. "Oh, here. Lemme..." The brunette muttered, unbuttoning his cardigan sweater and handing it over to Lana. The brisk air was now whipping his arms, due to his short sleeves, but he refused to let her walk in the cold. It was rude.

Okay, maybe Isaac wasn’t lying when he said that he was really bad at Chemistry, but Allison wasn’t an expert at it either, she just… Forced herself to read things over and over again until she understood them. Although she had started off in a normal pace, the brunette realized she needed to slow it down if she wanted Isaac to keep up with what she was trying to explain. Not that Allison minded because anything was better than going back home at the moment, so, she happily complied when he asked her to slow it down a little bit. There was something about Isaac, something that made her constantly repeat her family’s words in her head as a reminder, kind of like when she was alone with Scott, but not on the same level, because, duh… She wasn’t attracted to Isaac.
Their bodies often touched and she left a certain discomfort coming from him each time that happened, which made her almost want to let that chuckle that was trapped in her chest, to escape. Finally, the brunette lifted her eyes to meet his big, blue ones when Isaac asked about why she was doing that… Helping him. “I don’t—” Her eyes lowered to his lips and lingered there for a second before she looked down at her hands, carefully placed on her lap, then, averted her eyes back up to his, shrugging. “I don’t hate you. I just have a lot going on right now, so I’m sorry if I was a bitch you, okay? Whatever is going on in my life, it’s not your fault.”
Isaac nodded slowly at Allison's words. It made sense. Sometimes, people lashed out. He needed to stop always thinking that it was his fault. But, after being raised by his father with that mindset it was difficult to differentiate if Isaac was always doing something wrong or if his dad made him feel that way. It was difficult for to place himself as something of worth and not someone useless. He wasn't sure if he'd ever think otherwise, which sucked. A lot.
"S'okay." The brunette responded, shrugging casually. He grabbed his pen again and tried finishing up the problem before setting his blue orbs on her. "I forgive you, Allison. You weren't the worst I've encountered." He chuckled, a bit sarcastically. Flipping to the back of the chemistry textbook, he checked his answer and was pleased to see that he got it right. Isaac smiled to himself, looking back up at her. "Thanks again for this."
I haven’t heard much of anything.
Yeah... Figured as much.

Allison chuckled. It was hard to be a heartless bitch to someone who looked like a lost puppy ninety percent of the time. Nodding once, the brunette opened her book and looked for the page where there was some explanation on significant figures. Once she finally found it, the brunette pushed the book towards the spot next to Isaac’s arm and got up from her seat, bringing her coffee cup with her, moving to take the seat next to the taller boy. “Look, I’m not going to lie, sig figs are little bitches, but they’re not going to be a nightmare once you get the basic concept. Okay…” She pulled his note book closer, clicking on the bottom of her pen to start scribbling notes for him. “This is basically what you’ll need to know.” With that, Allison started explaining him the basics of significant figures while scribbling some things on his note book, before passing him the pen in case he wanted to take notes himself.
They had to sit close because one was not supposed to talk so loud in the library, so it didn’t bother her that their upper arms were touching or that she could feel Isaac’s breath on her neck, whenever he leaned closer to take a loot at something that she was pointing at, while explaining him. Once she was done with the explanations and thought she had answered all of Isaac’s questions, she asked if he felt good enough to try doing some exercises they had in the book.
Chemistry was so dumb. Seriously, who used chemistry outside of chemists? No one. No other occupation did. It wasn't like Isaac was really sure what he'd want to be when he grew up but it didn't involve this subject. It should really be optional. But Allison was helping out. She was very smart, a fact that Isaac equally admired and envied. Regardless, he was thankful that she decided to put up with his slow place. Sig figs were still horrid but at least, he was starting to understand.
As he took notes, he tried not to pay much mind to the fact that their arms were touching and that their legs kept bumping together. Isaac cursed his long frame. He didn't want to be rude and intrude on Allison's space, after all. When she set him to do exercises on his own in the book, their hands brushed together when he grabbed for the pen she was handing over. He tried not to pay much attention to that. "Why did you decide to do this?" Isaac muttered, dipping his head lower so he would interrupt other library patrons. "I thought you hated me."
I Just Want Your Kiss Boy → Lana/Isaac
Hearing a knock at the door, Lana glanced in the mirror one more time before slowly making it over to the door. Had she been able to stomach having someone live with her, she would have made them open the door. Unfortunately, Lana was just too private of a person to allow that. She didn’t like the idea of anyone being able to go through her things. They might learn too much and then she’d be forced to kill them. Killing someone who spent time in her house frequently would cast way too much suspicion on her, which meant she was forced to open the door for herself. Still, it was always good to keep a guy waiting, just a little bit. It helped keep them intrigued.Â
Lana opened the door and was met with an adorable Isaac whose attention seemed completely focused on her. Good. She liked when people only cared about her. His comment brought a smile to her face, she had chosen well. She had known this would be the right outfit for him but it was nice to have that reaffirmed. “Thank you,” she said, forcing herself to blush. Her eyes scanned his appearance and she smiled affecting girlish modesty instead of smug pleasure. “You like very handsome,” she said, lowering her eyes to the ground. Lana was almost certain that he’d feel much more comfortable with her if he felt she was just as socially awkward and shy as he was.Â
She looked up at him from under her lashes, “I’ve been looking forward to this. I haven’t been on a date in a really long time and it feels nice to know there’s someone who wants to get to know me better.” Her eyes widened in shock and she placed a hand over her mouth. “I’m not supposed to say that, right?” No one could fault her acting. She’d spent so many years perfecting these little types of performances that now it was second nature. “Anyways, I’m just really excited for whatever the night might hold,” she said, looking up at him shyly. “So, where are you planning on taking us?”
There was a small moment when Isaac panicked and thought that Lana didn't actually want to go out with him. For all he knew, she could be out with friends or people that mattered. However, the brunette felt a bit silly about that thought once the door opened and they exchanged their greetings. "Thanks." He responded with a small smile, finding it cute how shy Lana was. At least, he wouldn't be the only awkward one. He really hoped he wouldn't make a fool out of himself tonight. That would be the icing on the cake for him this month.
His smile widened when Lana informed him that he was looking forward to that. Good. That was reassuring. "That makes two of us." Isaac chuckled when she covered her mouth, shaking his head. "No, no. It's fine that you said it. It makes me feel a bit less nervous." The brunette admitted, shoving his hands in his pockets to cover from the brisk air. "Can I be honest? Never really been on a date." Maybe if he shrugged, that statement wouldn't sound so lame. "Well, I figured we'd go ice skating. It gets really popular during the end of fall and winter time.  Ever been? If you don't wanna, we can always grab a bite to eat. Oh. Are you cold?" Shut up, Lahey. You're rambling.
[it's all about chemistry] allisaac
Allison took another sip of her coffee, scribbling some things on her note book while she waited for Isaac. Maybe if she was patient enough, he would show up soon so that she could help him… or maybe he had been too scared to say no, after all, the brunette did look at him as if he was some kind of innocent little bunny and she was in it for the kill. Yawning once again, Allison cracked her neck as the warm, sweet liquid streamed down her throat. Stretching out her legs under the table, the brunette groaned lightly as images from the night before flashed in her mind, making her feel even more abused than she was being. Perhaps not in the literal sense of the word, but her psyche was hanging by a thread by now and it was beginning to worry her, especially as the growing fear of becoming someone as cold and ruthless like her aunt, seemed to only enhance by the day.
She immediately sat up straight when she heard Isaac’s voice coming from behind her back as the taller boy walked around her chair, in order to take a seat on the table that she had picked for them. “It’s alright.” The brunette tried to add a smile to her words, but she ended up hitting her knee under the table when she sat up quickly and groaned, instead of smiling. Clumsy little Allison needed to work more on her graceful skills, – or whatever the hell she could call the art of not bumping into things — she reckoned. “I had something, too.” The huntress lied, while shrugging and looking down at her chemistry book, before she rested her chin on her hands. “Alright. What can I help you with, Isaac?”
Isaac felt a bit of relief when Allison claimed to have something before this too. He wasn't sure if she was lying for his benefit or not but he hoped she wasn't. The brunette would feel bad if he had made her wait for long. Isaac wasn't that type of guy. He actually tried to be punctual. The teacher stopping him to berate him about his grades. Being dumb wasn't something he tried to be. School just never came as easy to him as it seemed for other people. No one seemed to get that. Instead, thinking of him as stupid. Maybe that's why he just tried to be invisible.
"Um..." He grinned sheepishly, rubbing the back of his neck nervously. "Everything?" It was the truth, after all. There was no part of chemistry that he was good at. That's why his C was almost down to a D. God, he was hopeless, wasn't he? "But if we wanna talk about what I'm the worst at, it's probably sig figs." Why was math apart of science, anyway? Weren't they supposed to be two separate entities? God, he hated school.
