Ti lascio una lettera

“Dimmi che cosa vuoi da me?!. Non so come mai potrei darti più di quel che ti ho già concesso!. Mi sento solo sfruttata dal tuo amore cieco e sordo!.” Lei lo guardava con gli occhi reconditi di lacrime. Ed il passato la attraversava annebbiandole il futuro e rendendole incerto il presente. Lì colui che chiamava padre; di lui solo volto poteva dargli e non più, poiché mai amore o braccia calde aveva mai conosciuto. Con una lettera fra le mani, d’innanzi alla casella postale, ella s’apprestava a dire addio a chi già dal suo primo sbocciare gliene aveva dato. Da lì di quella figura tutto sarebbe svanito. E nel dentro di quelle righe di amore ed odio un susseguirsi di pensieri mai espressi ad alcuno. “Ti chiamo padre anche se tu non volesti mai esserlo per me, poiché mi rifiutasti alla nascita , ma egualmente sento te come mio io, ed è per questo che mai ti chiamerò diversamente. Oggi decido di darti questa, che per me e il regalo più grande ed il mio più difficile lascito. Avrei sempre voluto conoscerti di persona e non tramite piccoli schermi, ma sentendo il tuo caldo tepore, la tua folta barba grattare il mio viso e le tue grandi mani proteggermi ed educarmi. Mi sono sempre chiesta come fosse rincasare e poterti dire ‘Ciao papà’ o poter portare il tuo dì ed il diciannovesimo di marzo una bella lettera con tanti fiori come i miei compagni. Ma mai ciò si è verificato; e di questo non ti incolpo padre, ma sappi che per me facile da dimenticare non sarà mai. Ora vado incontro al mio futuro, irrompo in quella fitta nebbia. Vorrei sentirmi dire ‘Sono fiero di te’, ma so che se ci fossimo mai visti, ora lo saresti. Diventerò colei che danzerà tra le corde della vita, e lì dei grandi applausi se mai mi vorrai, saprai di trovarmi. Addio. Sii padre migliore con coloro che ora chiami figlie e non far mancare ciò che tu hai fatto mancare a me, te ne prego, non immagini il dolore. Tua di sangue figlia e di arte.” Imbustata, la donna si allontanò a passi brevi sotto la scrosciante pioggia che lavava via quel difficile peso, mentre il caldo sole asciugava il delicato viso dalla sofferenza passata.

Emergency Commissions

So uhm… I don’t know how to put this but… I want to help my parents. So much.

They did a lot for me and for my degree celebration, they spent a lot of money, just ofr me. They didn’t care about the cost because they were sure they would have received some refund from taxes they asked for on April.

Which still didn’t happen. They needed those moneys for paying rents, taxes and other things. And now, they’re giving up on summer vacations just to pay me my celebration, the restaurant and everything else.

And I don’t want that.

I’m willing to sacrifice my own summer vacations instead of them. They need a vacation, they deserve a vacation. I want them to be happy for once, after all they’ve been sacrifying for my happiness. I’m proud of them so I want to return them the favor.

To do this, I will need your help too guys. The only way I can earn money right now is to make commissions or through donations. So please, please, consider to commission me anytime.
