Nike files a lawsuit against Sneaker Customizers

Nike is lately filing several lawsuits against Sneaker customizers , Nike has filed a lawsuit against Drip Creationz.  Official documents note that Nike has launched claims that Drip Creationz has profited off of “knockoffs of Air Force 1 style shoes ” that infringe on its trademark and signature Swoosh logo.  

Nike has also filed an official complaint in a federal court in Oregon against Jeffrey Waskowiak, a former Nike footwear developer, and his company KickRich LLC. KickRich LLC.” The sneaker Giant has claimed that these  customs were sold for “Hundreds or up to several Thousands Dollars.”

It is important to note that Nike stated, “it has no desire to limit the individual expression of creatives and artisans, many of whom are some of Nike’s biggest fans." Though they can’t allow Sneaker customizers like Drip Customizers and   KickRich LLC to make their Business on the backs of their most iconic trademark undermining the value of those Trademarks.

This was all the official and informative stuff. Now my in point of view the Nike has somewhat did the right thing that they could have done because the numbers of losses that Nike has faced due to this would have been a lot maybe couple million dollars, I don't know the exact number but it would've  been in  millions.

Travis X Fragment Jordan 1

Travis X Fragment Air Jordan 1 has dropped today and I absolutely love this sneaker . Well it’s obvious if u take a man like Travis Scott who’s already existing collaboration with Nike are so dope and take Fragment which can easily turn a Royal Blue Jordan 1 expensive with just a stamp then tell them to create a shoe together it is pretty evident that shoe would be fire🔥🔥. Now coming to the shoe itself you can see the color blocking is absolutely stunning , the backward swoosh always hits. At back of the heel of booth shoe there a Fragment stamp on one shoe and other has Travis Scott iconic Cactus Jack face.in general also it is just a good looking shoe, definitely worth the hype that it has gained just by the leak images in the past. Of course this sneaker will definitely  go up in value , if I have to guess probably 2 grand by the end of 2021 and this would definitely end up in TOP 5 SNEAKER OF 2021.

Off White Jordan 2 Low’s

STRAIGHT UP🌵 THESE ARE FIRE🔥🔥 AS HELL!!! . As much I criticized Virgil for being lazy on the 50 Dunks , he has put double the amount of creativity in this pair. Virgil made a very good decision by doing a pair 2 lows because I think almost everybody prefer Jordan 2 lows in place of Jordan 2 highs and 2 lows are one of best looking low tops in my OPINION. In the shoe first thing I noticed was the cracked midsole which looks hella good , it gives the shoe that little vintage look that it is straight from 90s that a Michael Jordan signature is the cherry on the top even though it is not a real signature. The chosen colorway is also very nice very easy to pull off for anybody only some will have hesitate because of cracked midsole. in my opinion the white and red pair is better looking than the blue one.

50 Off White Dunks

Yes I'm late on these and I am extremely sorry for that . On a personal level I'm not a fan of these dunks that Virgil has done which is odd because most of Off White Nikes are just fire🔥.Although this time i think Virgil was a bit lazy in this batch of 50 dunks because they all look the same. they all just have different color of laces , insoles , hang tag on a white and grey dunks. 2 of the sneaker i like would be the first in picture above the all white dunk with the silver swoosh , i really like how the midsole is yellow giving it a look of an old sneaker and the other one which i love would be the black one with a hint of purple in it. these 2 would probably be the most hyped ones out of the whole batch of 50.

So Travis is back with his new new collab with Jordan brand , It’s another a 6 they are calling this a khaki colorway . as previous green pair had only I pocket in the shoe but this time they have added another pocket in the shoe with a zipper. This one has many minor details like Travis face on the sole full glow in the dark sole. The shoes are retailing for $589 and the clothes are being sold for nearly $250 more than their original price. I think the price will go up in price for sure because of hype of the previous year. I personally like the shoe because of all details of the sneaker although I have heard that the leather feels like a shaved teddy bear skin😂🐻 BUT at the end we all know the JORDAN 1 HIGH TRAVIS SCOTT  THE BEST

Yo I’m back , I know I was gone for a long time but now I’m back ..so let’s talk about the Nike x Lil Nas X x MSCHF🔴 Satan shoe. Man this is the most controversial sneaker of 2021 . No but honestly whose idea was to put blood in a shoe I mean just WHY . there are only 666 pairs man that’s a lot of blood. previously they made a shoe with holy water which was famous as ‘JESUS SHOE’ now I think they thought it would be a good idea to make a ‘DEVIL SHOE😈’. As a personal opinion I would not be comfortable to have a shoe containing REAL HUMAN BLOOD in my house but I admit the fact it is good looking shoe because it is classic silhouette and you cannot go wrong with red and black (BRED) . well as of today NOBODY can  buy this shoe after the Nike lawsuit even you can get a refund if you have already purchased the sneaker. Well that’s for today I’m Lakshya signing out  😎

Man!! These trophy room 1's are on fire 🔥🔥but honestly these some smaller details added to the Chicago 1 had made them a whole different sneaker and man those stars on the bottom looks so awesome. This could be the 'The Sneaker Of The Year' for sure but don't forget about the market on these as of today 24/2/2021 stockx have them for 3 GRAND 💸💵💰 . I think the price of these beauties are going up because of the hype of those blue laces which most of the early pair don't have and for real that little faded Chicago color is very eye catching. So those were some of my thoughts on the trophy room 1's .
