talking about improvement and stuff, i know ill sound like everyone else but its quite beneficial to keep drawing haha
actually something that also helped me was drawing every day, it also helps you get more disciplined in a way, but more importantly i draw what i enjoy and what i want to learn especially
dont pressure yourself with improving, take it easy and yeah mostly draw what you enjoy, its genuinely the fastest way to improve imo! (i have a pinterest folder full of people in different poses and situations, because thats what i wanna draw the most right. also, if you are into drawing in dynamic manner, id suggest looking into art for animation! or how animators draw in general! also regarding poses, there are websites like line of action, they have different options for what exactly you want to draw and stuff yk (gesture poses, animals, faces etc)
also! i do my art studies (gesture poses) traditionally using cheap felt pens, so that if i do a mistake it stays on paper and i have to embrace the imperfections! helps with perfectionism ^_^
also!!! dont put off an idea, if you think that you cannot draw this right now, because it may be out of your skill range for now or something, make sure to at least try and tackle this challenge and draw this idea (hope it makes sense). and also youll understand which areas of your art need improvement so you can focus on these during your study sessions ^_^
