Made my way in that kitchen last night and did a slow cook on the #keto crockpot chicken. Was able to pull all the meat from the bones with ease. :) When you greedy like me you smile after saying that. Also did some Stevia baked bacon for the kids this morning for breakfast. Service was awesome today. What will you lay on the altar! They love that bacon with a passion lol. These have been my consistent glucose numbers while I’ve been in a consistent state of ketosis for almost a month. Been kind of frustrating but still focusing on the fact of how good I’ve felt in this state. Really been grinding to get it done right and focus on the understanding of how the transition work with Ketosis. It’s definitely a journey. This time around it’s the best I’ve felt mentally yet the weight loss hasn’t been as rapid. I’m almost coming up on a month at the first of February. Most of my meals have been about 2 per day and on the days where I have eaten 3 meals the breakfast has been the KetoLogic shake. My glucose numbers has been surprisingly high though. Any suggestions on how to overcome that somewhat feeling of bloated. I really felt I’ve done a pretty good job keeping the protein low and definitely under 25grams of carbs. (at West Monroe, Louisiana)
