🌙 THE MOONLIT HARVEST GALA 🌙

When: Saturday, November 1 || 8 PM -10 PM MG time ( 6PM WrA Time - 8 PM WrA Time ) Where: Botanist’s Terrace in Suramar! (Proxy for Fallborough Grove) Attire: Smart casual, formal & ceremonial.

Baron Revlas Detasatral is hosting a Gala for all to attend! He wants to both feed and meet the people! What better way to do that than a party!

🌗 The Code of Conduct 🌓

Respect all attendees regardless of race, faction, or allegiance. No physical altercations will be tolerated.

Smart casual is required, but formal & ceremonial is permitted. Think before you dress! Adding onto this, if you have no shirt or shoes, you will be escorted out.

If you are disrupting the event, security will be tasked with escorting you out.

This is a weapons free-event, including ceremonial weapons and or decorative pieces. All weapons must be checked with members of the Security team before entering the event. Those who refuse shall not be permitted entry.

The exception to this is personal guards, who will be permitted weapons for designated diplomats and ambassadors.

Be respectful to those who are vendoring and/or performing.

Neutral Ground: A chance to grow connections —regardless of faction or allegiance— to mingle, network, and foster connections. Vendors: A party is never any good without food, drink and gifts!

Dance Floor: While not everyone may enjoy dancing, there is indeed a dance floor for those who wish to dance the night away! Diplomatic opportunities: Have you ever wanted to speak to members of the other faction? Now is your time!

Moments of Respite: Mingling not your thing? That is perfectly fine! Bask in an evening of good food and music!

Fireworks: A good party is only as good as its closing fireworks show!

I haven't been here for a bit for several reasons, but the last two days have been hell due to my grandfather being rushed to the ER twice in two days. He really isn't doing good.

Update, my Grandfather is still not doing well at all. His prostate cancer has most likely spread. He is now on a cath device and his options will be given to him on the 24th but qutie frankly, it does NOT look good.

I'm going to have to reply to things here and around eventually, but I got blood guard in pvp so.... i'm close to getting my elite rouge set pls pray for my sanity,

I've been suffering through rated battlegrounds and solo shuffles ya'll. I'm trying to get the vicious saddle ya'll for the forsaken warhorse and so are other people in my guild atm and this is hell ya'll. I'm on a 15 game losing streak.

You know, I still need to do replies, but uhh I had a group so bad in the warpwood quarter, that even though we were almost at the last boss, I took the 30 min debuff for leaving an instance because this tank was so aggressive and rude. I'm like . . . I would rather take the debuff than mess with that type of person.

I'm going to try. Try, mind you to do some replies across my blogs in the next few days. I just haven't been able to actually get my head together since my internet was out for a week. I'm best reached on discord, however.

Listening to him, Iseult wonders if anyone has ever betrayed him. She wouldn't be surprised if they had. As usual, the priestess chooses her words carefully.

“I will never allow myself to behave this way. You can trust me, my lord…,” she offers him a curtsy. I promise to be worthy of your respect and trust, one day.”

Iseult is patient by nature, after all. They're both elves, they're known to live a long time. Very long. Especially when magic has its effect on them. She'll always show him respect and proceed with caution.

Trust was something that was earned and not simply handed away haphazardly. Not now and not ever. It would take time and more importantly, it would actually involve Landaullan actually allowing himself to trust. An impressive feat in itself in all reality.

"Perhaps." It was a simple statement, one that was done out of uncertainty than anything else. "We shall see, won't we?"

Patience was a virtue, even by his own standards. It took time and even though they were both elves, it would still take quite some time, but . . . he was at the very least willing to try. It was the least that he could ultimately do.

Day 4 without internet, I'm getting annoyed. Someone should come out tomorrow to look again because according to spectrum, i SHOULD be getting internet, but somehow i am not. I finally today managed to get BG3 to work without internet, so that is nice. What little I have I am trying to save to check emails but hopefully tomorrow something changes. Because at this rate, I will have read through the entire silo (book) series and onto my 40k kindle books due to this.

How long had it been since his last transformation? He couldn't say. Probably far too long, as he felt he could lose control of his being at any moment. And plunge into one of those murderous sprees of which only worgens are capable.

He's got to be quick to finish this fight.

Now a humanoid beast, his attacks are faster. He aims at points that could cripple Land if hit. Joints, hands or legs. See the head if possible.

He doesn't just want to kill him.

No.

Maxwell also wants to HUMILIATE him. Make him realize that he's inferior to him in physical ability.

That he's killed someone. Might as well enjoy it.

Without hesitation, he pounces on him, trying to close his jaw and rip off one or both of his arms.

When dealing with a beast, one always has to be careful. Worgen were little more than dogs. They may have appeared human, but Landaullan knew how easily they could be provoked. How easily one could change forms and attack.

Just like now.

The San'layn had not entirely expected this, but it wasn't like it was out of the form of reason. Worgen were wild animals and when you provoked one? The outcome was no doubt going to be uneasy.

And so, when he saw Maxwell lunging at him, he acted out of impulse and strategy. There was no reasoning for what he did other than the fact that shadows spread over his body quickly, causing his form to look more like a shroud of darkness than anything else. With-in mere seconds, if even that long, he had vanished entirely.

Sometime later, the San'layn would appear directly opposite to where he was, but about ten feet away. Far out of the line of the lunge and no doubt out of any range of direct danger or so he thought anyways.

"This beneath me, you know." A simple truth as in the palm of Land's left hand, shadow energy started to grow. It was entirely small at first, but then after a few seconds it quickly became quite a decent amount as it formed into decently sized amount. "It's almost poetic, but not really," he says as he sends the energy forward towards Maxwell; hoping that it would hit its mark.

If anything, he was going to try to keep his distance. For now, at least.

It's one of her goals in life. She likes to mix with people of all kinds, including people like Land. Unless he turns violent towards her, Iseult is likely to cross paths with him again. She's counting on it, as she finds him particularly interesting.

Right now, she's got work to do. Her help is needed to lend her medical knowledge to a small dispensary in town.

His curiosity is about to come to a screeching halt. While Iseult doesn't really see him as a potential threat, her brother does. Tristan has already known this kind of person, so he's very wary.

So her little brother discreetly keeps her close so that they can disappear from his sight quickly.

The San’layn keeps sure to watch as she leaves. His red eyes narrowing slightly as he observes. Not necessarily out of curiosity, but rather a habit of sorts. He wanted to know exactly where she was going and who she was with. Maybe it was the fact she proved to be slightly amusing. it also could have been the fact that he was intrigued.

Either way, there was always a possibility that he would see her again. It may have been low, but . . . it wasn't like he was going to seek her out anytime soon. He could, he knew that, but what would the point of it be? It wasn't like it would gain him anything.

So, he closed his eyes with a chuckle. If anything, he may have someone that may actually enjoy being around him in the future. If only it was that simple.
