Juansen Dizon, i am the architect of my own destruction
This is what I get for letting someone truly get to know me. They destroyed my whole life.
—The Knight and the Moth by Rachel Gillig.
If you've never sat down and eaten a whole rotisserie chicken then I suggested you do yourself a favor.
There's more:
It's strange to be simultaneously too much and not enough at the same time.
When did I pack myself into this box?
Was I so young that I didn't give myself a chance to understand this part of me?
Or did I pack it when I was older and scared of that part when it surfaced?
Now the box is frayed and weathered.
I've gotten to the point where it's too heavy to keep carrying
but it's harder to unpack when you understand what's in there.
Sometimes it's easy to feel like you're stuck in a rut, like the circumstances of the world itself are confining you into a version of yourself that you find unsatisfying…
And sometimes it is True that the world is unfair and rigged against you and against your dreams, there isn't always a magical feelgood solution to everything.
But it is still important to tell the difference between what is a real dead end or a fake one, what are the real confines of your world and what is an artificial illusion, and when the opportunity offers itself to you…
To go beyond the end of the Peach…

It's been awhile since I've posted but if you haven't heard I left my job to join Starbucks! I was really unhappy at my previous job but thank god for my team while I was there I heard a lot of interesting things, gained a lot of confidence and I'm really grateful for all of them. The weight that came off my shoulder was such a relief when I finally left. Anyways I'm excited to start my journey with Starbucks and I couldn't be happier; I already feel so welcomed!
