Could I accidentally kill someone by pointing a tree branch at them and saying “Avada Kedavra”?
No? The cores in our wands are the ones responsible in casting the spells so you're just holding a tree branch. There is wandless magic if someone is advanced enough but to cast the killing curse which is said to be one of the hardest spell/curse to cast, it's near impossible.
Does anyone know the difference between Colby and Fischer? I'm just curious, and I don't really hang out with them
Colby is often on the left while Fischer is on the right when you face in front of them. their ties also tend to lean respectively too
Fischer also smells slightly worse

Of the many things I expected from taking care of a dragon hatchling- err chick.
One of them was not! for her to be acting more like a hyperactive puppy. if said puppy was an oversized flying lizard that can breath sparks and has the potential to burn a whole village to a crisp as an adult that is... wait. are dragons still considered as lizards? they're magical creatures so they possibly have a category on their own right?
The other would be how you can easily distract them with fireworks. it's rather cute of all things considered
Here I was, minding my own business in class. Until some girls from Slytherin and Ravenclaw started talking about getting some makeup brands from Madam Malkin. Of course, curious as I am (Which will prove to be the death of me one day), I approached the girls and asked them about what they meant.
With a scarily joyous gleam in their faces, they later dragged me to Diagon Alley and went wild! They made so many comments about my face as they applied the makeup. The one sticking out the most was about my skin being soft. Embarrassing… Why did I ask in the first place again?
Back at home, we never bothered with makeup or skincare too much. We were underwater most of the time anyways! Always swimming as well as trying not to drown! But this school was very different… And the beauty standards here? Odd I’ll say! But I will admit. The girls didn’t do a bad job. Maybe I’ll keep it…

Ooh, what do you like to eat the most?
Got a bit of a large sweet tooth you see. love desserts of any kind, even simple biscuits I'm quite fond of.
My personal favorite has to be affogatto with mocha. The chocolate mixed in the bitterness of coffee paired with a nice vanilla is to die for.
Though my guilty pleasure would have to be a custard pudding. when you live near the kitchens it's quite easy to make this in the dead of night.

not all of them are dueling related but have taken place in the dueling club as we also work as a practice ground for charms.
its a good thing to have a designated area so the younger years can practice with someone more skill around to prevent any incidents to madaam pomfrey.
But this also means that its also a hotspot for shenanigans
Ones I can think of are;
Someone thought it was a good idea to charm the cushioning mats to act like trampolines and sticky charm the ceiling causing a total of 10 students to be stuck on the ceiling.
Neilya blowing up the dueling club's wall... again
Someone brought charmed shoes that prevent you from slipping to try and attempted to walk on the walls. They succeed but got over ambitious and needed help getting down.
One time during halloween season someone a muggleborn due to the nature of the prank charmed the door so that every person who entered the dueling club room would get affected by a harmless curse that every time a bloke yells out "HAPPY HALLOWEEN" or "TRICK OR TREAT"
they'd wear a sterotypical halloween store costumes and it added up each time someone said it so most of everyone got a hybrid of costume of sorts. And the dueling officers... yes that includes me too, looked like we got sent into a hurricane of halloween costumes by the end of it.
Aight for you too my dear green friendo: a man has a lion, a goat and a cabbage and he wants to transport all of them on the other side of the river on a small boat, but he can only transport one of them with him, leaving the other two behind. How can he transport them safely, without a potential risks of goat eating the cabbage and lion eating a goat?
just jump into the river...
okay serious answer: take the goat to the other side first, since the lion doesn't like veggies. leave the goat there.
go back, take the cabbage. take that to the other side, leave it but take back the goat with you on the way back.
exchange mr. billy with the king of the savannah and escort the big kitty to the cabbage bank. leave him there. now go back and take the goat back with you. done.

Cassandra Vole… she's a real piece of work I'll tell you that.
First thing firsts I give credit where its due, major props to her dueling finesse and fancy footwork on the dance floor but we don't really see eye to eye.
Honestly a bit too vain for my taste, walks around like she's the next Merlin or somethin'. It's one thing to have confidence, but having an ego as tall as of the Shard? not my kind of tea.
