Today was one of the norm, there wasn’t anything to do and Shiro just spent his time following after Arthur like usual. Even though they weren’t that close of family, cousins being cousins and usually not caring what the other side of the family did. The younger liked to think they were different, from the fact that Arthur always helped him out no matter their distance within the family. Humming a small tune that was different from what he occupied himself with when he was alone. “Arthur, Arthur! Why don’t we.. hm.. what should we do..!” Thinking on the matter, a hand raised to scratch the back of his silver locks.

Hearing a reply from the other, it really didn’t seem like he had anything planned. Did they ever? Either way, the younger of the two had came to a decision, if they couldn’t find anything, maybe something would come to them! It was some logical thinking he had heard from Kuro so maybe it would work. Luckily for them it did, within moments had a phone began to rang. Patting down his clothing, Shiro searched to see if the call was for him but alas, he had left his device.. somewhere. Where did it go? Looking up towards Arthur’s phone and listening to his conversation, it was the sound of him having to do paperwork. That wasn’t that surprising.

The frown that found it’s way on Shiro’s features wasted no time to disappear as he latched onto the male’s arm. Well, he was sure this would go fine. Accompanying him towards the designated goal, being a large building— whatever was inside. Shiro would have to imagine since this was where they would have to split ways. Only for the time being. Clapping his hands together to show he was appreciative of the time they got to spend together, even if it wasn’t that long considering the other had much more important thing to do.

A wave given to Shiro and even a time he could probably come back if he really wanted to do something later. This was something that had to happen! So in exchange as he released the other to leave, turning his back as he tried to think of another place to go. “H-eeeeeeeeeeeeeey! Waaaaaaaaait!” Turning around quickly and chasing the blond into the building, almost tripping over his footing had he grabbed onto the back of the other’s shirt to keep him from falling. “Wait, wait!” Catching his breath, even though it wasn’t that long of a run, “Meet me on eye level!” A request that wasn’t hard for Arthur to fulfill, leaning forward to see what Shiro had in store was nothing but something small.

His hand raised to push back blond locks, something resting between the cracks of his fingers as he shifted them to the side. Leaning forward and placing a kiss onto Arthur’s forehead, he kept it there for a few moments before reeling back and removing his hand so the strands of hair could fall back in place. “Good luck, I’ll see you at..” Digging in his pockets, he tried searching for the paper that he had written the time he could come back to see his cousin, patting himself down and looking towards the entrance door. What if he dropped it!? No, he couldn’t lose it! So running outside the door, he looked down on the sidewalk as he searched for it. Maybe it was about time he realized.. Arthur told him the time and didn’t write it down.

Death: If you were able to reincarnate, what would your next life be?

"My next life..?" Tapping his index finger against his chin, the male thought deeply about this! Well as deep as deep could go for someone of his caliber, he was't the brightest out there but it wasn't like he had to be. Tilting his head both to the left and right, wanting the answer to just find a spot in his mind so he could speak it finally. It didn't come as soon as he wanted, "It would be really really wide!" Using his hands as he spoke and extended them out as if he was imagining the world. "I would be someone in a place where everyone was happy and smiling in a wonderful country! There would be no reason to cry anymore because we'd all wouldn't be strangers anymore but friends!!"

"If anyone was to cry it would be happy tears and in that life, I would be the one to watch after them all! Not like a King or a God or anything, I just want to see all the happy moments! Seeing everyone happy is what brings a smile to my face. Not everyone is so happy now but maybe in the future I won't have to reincarnate to see a good life!"

It was moments like these that brought the male to be rather happy, shifting from left to right in his seat as he stared down at the plate of rice that was unfinished. Looking over to see that the male had finished his own was fine by him but instantly the male raised his hand in order to grab Kinzou's attention.

Practically startled, the other must have jumped and looked towards Shiro's direction to see what made him act such a way. The teenager's eyes facing forward and having yet to take a look at Kinzou as he closed his eyes tightly. "I have a surprise for you!" Nodding as if this could not be a denied request, a smile fell upon Kinzou's lips in order to show he was down for anything. Finally turning in his seat so that he looked up to the blond, "Alright! Just bend down here so I can tell you a secret! You can't tell anyone!" Agreement given by just a nod from the Shima and as he leaned to the side to see what the hyper one of the two would have to state.

"But! Eyes have to be closed or the surprise would be wasted! We don't want it to go to waste now do we!?" As if he didn't want this ruined, the blond complied and with that, closing his eyes and waiting for Shiro to whisper in his ear what it could have been. Finally lowering his hand down by his side, the male placed his lips lightly onto the other's cheek before pulling back.

"They said after all good meals! That you should have a kiss!" One more nod left from Shiro as he felt his actions done great justice and finally meeting Kinzou eye to eye. "But..." Pulling something from out his pockets, achromatic locks falling to the side as the younger stared down at a few pieces of chocolate Hershey kisses in his hands. "Now what are we to do with these..?"

     Although Paralia was the perfect place for those who loved cats, there was this one spot in Kairos that Konoe absolutely loved. Every once in a while, he would make sure to visit it and spend quite some time there. It was a cafe, but not only they allowed cats in there, but they had their own. Their customers could even bring their cats, as long as they didn’t get mixed with the others, of course! Konoe was a cat lover if you could even call him that. He just felt a deep conection with them, and he enjoyed their company just way too much. The boy could even go on and on about how much cats meant to him. All thanks to Karou too, of course, who was no one but his own cat.

     That day, too, the both of them were in that cafe. Everyone who worked there, if not new, knew the man. And truth be told, they could even be considered friends. When he was looking for a job, that place was his first option, but he knew deep down that it wouldn’t be a good idea. Why? Well, he would get distracted by the cats. That’s the only reason he chose to work somewhere else. (He would be lying if he said that place wasn’t his dream job, though.) As things go, the both of them were quite enjoying their time in the cafe. They had just arrived, but the first thing Konoe had asked for was some cat food. Karou came in first, then finally followed by his own needs. But while he had been checking the menu for something knew to eat (which was a little bit hard to find), a strange voice came into his ears.

     Down with the menu, he had expected to see just who had sat with him, but his sight had been blocked by yet another menu. Maybe the boy (he had guessed by his voice, but hey, who knows?) mistook him for someone else? That was a possibility, he couldn’t discard that. “… Do I know you?" His voice sounded a bit rude, almost was implying he wanted the man to go. Although Konoe did wish to be alone, he didn’t wish to sound cold at first.

Scanning his amber hues upon the menu, tea seemed good but even there were some things he didn't want to eat. They had all sorts of sweets that were shaped like little paws and even the faces of kittens, little donuts shaped like the tails. It was really cute, he actually wanted to order the whole menu but being who he was, he could only eat so much! Pointing to one of the pretzels that they had, which the other was probably looking for something much better to eat. Peeking from behind his menu, a small smile on his features. The other didn't seem so keen about sharing a table either. Well, this wasn't what he wanted to happen.

Looking at the other, taking in his appearance. He tilted his head as if he was trying to remember if he knew the other. Did he? Well, he couldn't remember so that meant the other didn't know who he was. This was really sad! "Well...!" As if he was trying to explain what was going on, the male set his box down on the table and set it to the side. The cat that was near his leg had possibly walked off or over to where the other was sitting before him. Blinking a bit and finally setting down the menu. He had to think of something but as seconds past, he was probably being looked at as if the other was beginning to be very, very unsure.

"You can get to know me!!" Holding out his hand to the other, "Shiro is my name! Do you need my whole name, is that enough?" A nod, "I think we're going to be great friends! Don't you think so!?" Now a hum left from him as he waited for the other's side of the whole ordeal. Even if he didn't take his hand, he wouldn't truly be upset. They were strangers after all though he would have wished that he could have met him in a better way! Maybe not hiding behind a menu, maybe it would have been more ideal if the male had probably sat right next to him!

"I hope I'm not bothering you! I'm just a passerby! Passerby Shiro!!! That sounds nice." If only, he was kinda trying to get some food-- well tea from the other but, there were good intentions! "What's your name!?"

Hiromi Nase, heir to the Nase family’s fortune, was skipping school! Wow!

It wasn’t that big of a deal, honestly.

Maybe a year before, the notion of skipping class would have shocked him. How could he ever do such a thing and disgrace his family name? 

Lately, however, Hiromi had found that he did not care at all. As long as he kept his grades up, he deserved a break maybe once every other month.

And if he ever needed a break, it was now. Homework amount had doubled to prepare the students for the approaching exams, he was working overtime almost every day, and one of his friends had gotten a girlfriend, meaning that Hiromi was the only person in his group of friends that was still single. 

And if anythingwas a shame to the Nase family name, it was that.

So it was when the students were let out for lunch that he had left the school building and decided he’d eat somewhere away from that place. Looking around him, his eyes focused on a particular restaurant.

A cat cafe.

Yes, yes, perhaps the company of several small kittens, their soft faces rubbing against his legs as they purred, would grant him some relaxation.

He sighed. He was starting to think like some old lady. The stress was getting to him for sure.

Whatever. He needed some peace.

He sat down at a table - offered to him by a rather young and good looking lady, maybe some good would come out of this - and only a few seconds after he opened the menu, someone else sat himself down across Hiromi and picked the menu out of his hands.

Of course, Hiromi couldn’t go somewhere to relax and be surrounded by cats and good looking women without something completely bizarre happening to him. That would make his life too simple.

Smiling nonchalantly, Hiromi leaned forwards and snatched his menu back.

"Who the hell are you?"

Eyes scanning over the menu, he was sure he'd find something he could find them to eat. Hopefully the other would have felt inclined to pay as well, either way to Shiro, he would have been fine. Now, when the menu was swiped away with amber eyes following where it was, he tilted his head as if a little confused before giving a small chuckle. "Hm?" He could possibly have avoided this if he hadn't walked up to the other and sat at his table, even taking the menu and suggesting what they could have to drink. Maybe it was better if he had well, not suggested the first order.

"Me?" Index finger used to point at himself, taking in that the other didn't know who he was! It was fine, achromatic tufts bouncing as he spoke in order to reassure the other. "Yashiro Isana! Isana is my name!" Hand now placed on his chest as he was confident in who he was, positive attitude emitting from his person. From pointing to clapping his hands together, "I should have given my name first! Did I mess up our first introductions?" Allowing himself to hold out his hands for the menu back, did he flinch when the small feline made it up his pants leg and was generally sitting down in his lap.

"Sorry! Sorry! For that anyway!" To show his sincerest apology, he placed his forehead against his hands that were held up as if he was giving a prayer. It was the only way to fix this right, maybe being too friendly wasn't a good idea? Not everyone felt safe around others and that was to be expected in a place like Kairos. The constant gang wars and people starting fights, it was to happen. The male looked down to the kitten his lap which was now finding it's way to sit on top of the table. He hadn't no problem with it but once it found someone to lay down, it decided to take a little snooze.

"Do you.. come here often?"

Doggie in the Window (Grocery Store) {shiro}

Grocery shopping is usually done by Totsuka. Anna often accompanies him, but never has she gone on her own before. Until now, that is. 

The last few trips they’d taken, one thing had never failed to catch her eye. The cute, fluffy mascot standing outside the store that waved as people passed by caught her interest immediately. She’d never displayed her interest beyond an extended glance over her shoulder as she passed by, mostly because she hadn’t wanted to interrupt the important errand, but now… she’d finally step up and confront the costume.

The grocery store is a bit of a walk from their house. It may take longer than her usual outings, and with that in mind, the white haired girl backtracks from the door to grab a piece of paper and a pen. Scribbling a note, saying in a few words that she’s at the grocery store, she places it in the most conspicuous spot she can think of (the kitchen table). Preparations complete, she hopes the doggie is outside today.

Blocks away, after a few left and right turns, the food market is in sight. A dot in the distance, it grows bigger and bigger with each passing step, and sure enough the creamy colored dog is standing outside as usually is. The pitter patter of her small shoes against the concrete picks up pace, and Anna reaches her destination in no time. Her breathing is only slightly quickened, but with the time she uses to allow it to even out, the young girl realizes one crucial miscalculation. 

She hadn’t… planned what to say. 

Her gaze travels upwards to the cartoony face of the costume, and she blinks. 

"Hello… Mr. Dog."

In the outfit, this was what Shiro got paid for. Bouncing around trying to get people to enter the grocery store and buy a few things. Clapping his overly giant paws together and doing a little spin, he was having fun and that was all that mattered. It was a side job and he promised people that he would find a much better job. But there was always people he came to enjoy when dressed in the outfit. Finding people who were willing to smile because they thought the outfit was ridiculously cute. It wasn't so hot out and his parasol sat against the inside of the store where he could go get it if something was to happen.

This being one of them, when he noticed someone had walked up to him and called out the name of origin his costume was to represent, Shiro gave a smile inside of out the outfit. He knew them very well so nothing bad would happen, the male kneeling down in the outfit making sure that they were mask to face. Hopefully she didn't come all this way just to say hello to him, the male booping the nose of the mask against Anna's forehead as if reenacting a small kiss.

Contemplating what he could do next, he was always a thrill with all the children, holding out his paws to grab her hands. Now if anyone didn't know any better, they would have thought the mask wearer was just too familiar with people who came up to say 'hi' to him, but in that moment, the sounds of laughter came from inside of the mask as he was enjoying the little playing around he was able to do. Moments had he picked up the mask off of his head, giving eyes to see who was inside before slightly placing it on the younger's head.

"Hello Miss Dog! Did you come to relieve me of my spot?" He played around, holding the object up a lil bit if she had protested for him to remove it if it blocked her vision or if she didn't enjoy having it on her head.

Glancing over the files was always tedious but a practiced art — he’d only ever skim them anyway, picking out key words he needed and a profile if the situation called for it. And it was this very situation that did just that. When Fushimi looked from the photo to the white haired kid roaming about with a parasol across the street, he almost found it hard to believe that this kid could even commit a crime but he wasn’t going to bother too much with the why, what, or how.

"Oi, kid. Don’t run and come back with me to the police station."

God, he hoped this guy wouldn’t just take off it’d be much more trouble than it was worth.

With each step as he walked, he held a small bounce in his step. The wind blowing which made his achromatic tufts seem as if they moved while minding his own business. He just wanted to relax, the parasol spinning in his hand before he decided to try and open it up to block him from the sun. People found it weird that he kept it on him when it never rained that much in Greece, but they didn't understand how hot it could get. To sit down and eat under some shade without any reason to worry, that sounded delightful.

Now, he came to a stop when someone was speaking to him, seeing that he was possibly someone from the police department, maybe he needed some directions. Which Shiro would have loved to give so as he was ready to open his mouth to speak, "A-AH?" What was the meaning of don't run? And to go back with him where? The younger jumped back and shook his head, "E-EH?! WHAT DO YOU MEAN.. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING.. IT WASN'T ME!!" Well that was great, make it seem more suspect than it had to be Shiro!

"N-no." Turning on his heel, the younger decided to make a dash for it. Which involved him going down a dark alley way, though this wasn't the best way to handle this, he really didn't want to be taken in for something he didn't do. Sweat already finding it's way on his features, damn, he was too nervous for this!

Lightly humming as he strolled down Kairos' streets, he always enjoyed this leisurely visits through the area. It wasn't as calm as Paralia but even then, he wasn't the type to get into any trouble. One step right after the other, a little hop in his step as he passed the people on the sidewalk; making sure not to bump into them. Looking up and down depending on the stranger's size did he wave to them. "Oh oh! Hello!" or a, "How do you doooo!" Leaving from his lips that was crafted into a small smile. He meant no harm from his gentle expressions and calm personality that he even made the most angriest at least contemplate out-letting their irritation towards him.

The parasol in his hands that was spun by the use of his digits, blocking on the sun that beamed down on everyone. He truly didn't want to be hot on this day, not after skipping school to go relax. It was a natural action that came from him as he held a box in his hands, possibly his lunch. In the time that he decided to go out and eat during his stroll was the same as the school students and to make himself feel better about missing out, he could eat his meal at the same time as everyone else. Looking down at the item in his hand, mostly done with rice and lots of pieces of meat that he was able to ask off from the local vendors that sold it on the street from their cart, he couldn't wait to dig his teeth into it.

But then.. The younger had noticed that even with his food, he had nothing to wash it down with. Looking both left and right until he stumbled upon a small cat/normal cafe, the male peeked inside as he finally closed his parasol. "Let's see, somewhere, somewhere-- oh!" There being two sides he could sit at they had cats and a side where they weren't prohibited, maybe to separate them depending on the customer. Walking forward with his sight set on someone did he zoom to their table, a kitten casually walking up to Shiro's footing and trying to use it's claws to climb up his pants leg.

"Hey hey! I hope I'm not bothering you." He stated as he pointed at the menu, picking it up as if searching for what he wanted to eat too. "Hmm.. How about tea? Tea sounds good, right!" Setting down the parasol as he flipped through the pages. The only weird part about this was, the fact he just sat down with probably, a random stranger. Not even having looked up at them since his view was blocked by the menu he looked through.
