Can I ask for a headcanon about Marcus and MC's current boyfriend, John Green? Nobody talks about him. Also, I feel like this character didn't deserve that ending, and depending on the decision they made—if they chose to give their lives for him, how he tried to protect MC, and how he supported and loved her—it would have been very difficult. I hate you Marcus for killing John Green

John Green deserved so much better, both story wise and design wise (i really should draw him tbh)

Anyways here goes!

I firmly believe you met John while you were still with Marcus. Definitely the kind of situation where a coworker noticed you were feeling bad and offered to buy you coffee to cheer you up. And then the two of you start laughing and joking and you realize how life with Marcus is sk terrible. John is definitely the one who gave you the push to go and file for a divorce against Marcus.

John js very reassuring and is always there to comfort you whenever you have nightmares about Marcus. He is your biggest cheerleader and isnt afraid to show it. A fairly nerdy, but funny and goofy guy. He was always thinks your out of his league too. He can't believe someone like you would be with someone like him.

I personally think it doesn't matter how you choose, cause clearly Marcus is at your house for YOU. John is going down one way or another. Marcus can't stand the notion you'd pick this, and I quote, "middle aged beached whale" over him.

John is the one who financially supported you while in the middle of divorcing Marcus. Cause let's be real. Marcus wasn't letting you see a single CENT you made. John got you a lawyer (even tho you were already kinds screwed to begin with due to a lack of a prenup) and gave you a plsce to stay.

John collects a lot of movies. Cinephile to the core! He prefers pretty much any category BUT horror. He just can't handle the thrills and chills. He'll handle Halloween movies, but definitely no Terrifier or Saw.

John makes it his mission to remember the little things. Like your coffee order or a trinket you got giddy over in the store. It's his way of showing he cares. He's a very gentle loving kind of guy, and all he wants is to see you happy.

Marcus: As much as he bitches and complains to his colleagues about how crazy you are, deep down he loves it. He's crazy himself, yeah? So crazy + crazy = a crazy perfect match. It will lead to a LOT of fights no doubt but he loves it so much. It's like an adrenaline rush. Hell he will even cause problems himself just to see you go batshit. At the end if the day, you will both go home and lie in the same bed.

Chris: Is convinced he can fix you. He tells his sister and his friends that he can fix you. But this is the relationship where being crazy will blow up in your face the most. Cause Aria is super protective and Chris of course can easily knock the shit out of you. The crazy will absolutely drive you two apart and end on horrible terms. But Chris still hangs onto a little hope that he can make you better and you two can live happily. He's OBSESSED and doesn't wanna lose you. Even if itself unhealthy for bith of you and there are very easy outs for the relationship.

Jack: He will pick you APART. He specializes in psychology, of course he's going to pick your brain apart and gain reason as to why you sct this way. He will rewire your brain like there is no tomorrow, and will utilize maniuplation tactics to get you to behave how he wants. After all he's all in this so he can "get his wife back." You best believe he's going to make you look and behave exactly like his late wife. The more malleable you are, the more he can make you the perfect corpse bride.

I was super excited for Empire but I understand why you're taking a break from it and that's totally fine! Now I'm also super excited for TDDUP :D it seems awesome and I'm loving the husbands and the concept. Btw if i may ask, is there any particular reason Marcus is filipino?
