Background: Abandoned as half demon children on the outside of Kyoto, Akira and Sano were left at the side of the road where the vampires Karasu and Elizabeth picked them up. The Vampires brought them to where they were currently hiding. In Tartarus with Cain.
Cain had a vast interest in the twins, raising them as his own. Cain had an affinity for Sano however. Cain helped Sano develop in the ways of Art and Literature along with the expansive medical knowledge.
With Akira out of his life for a while, Sano didn’t really know what he wanted to do with his life. Following Cain in whatever Cain wished to do, which included forcing Raphael’s eye into Sano’s head in hopes that Sano would be stronger.
Spending this much time with Cain wasn’t good for Sano’s psyche. He might have been getting his PHD but Cain’s sadistic tendencies started to rub off on Sano. Sano was able to hide it better along with other hidden feelings he may have had.
Eventually Sano joined the Demon Integration Alliance being half demon and through Cain’s persuasion he agreed to be an ambassador.
Super human speed: He can run and move a lot faster than a human can. His flash step can render him invisible for brief moments to the untrained eye.
Blue Fire: He can conjure fire as an offensive spell. It runs hotter than normal flames.
Cleaver: A magical cleaver that helps with the separation of body parts by sealing the wound shut immediately after removal. A gift from Karasu.
Arcane magic: Sano has a vast knowledge of Arcane Magic. A list can be seen [ here ].
