I like to imagine that Agott didnt actually seek out Qifrey to be his apprentice, she wanted Olruggio. I can just see her, rejected by her family, viewing Olly - who was the very definition of a child prodigy - as what she wanted to become and thinking that maybe with talent like his she would never have been abandoned.

Instead, Olruggio never took his fifth test, so he guided her to someone very close to him who he knew was wanting to take on an apprentice and who he knew had so much love to give a suffering child.

I will never be as upset by a harsh insult as i am by an inaccurate one. When someone entirely disregards how I am and tries to rile me up with something that they should know doesn’t even apply to me, it hurts worse because it means that I wasn’t as known as I thought I was.

I’ve started watching Frieren for the first time and Im bawling my eyes out after only two episodes. Its so incredibly moving and beautiful and it makes me feel so sad. But oddly, it’s a sadness that heals and doesn’t hurt. A very warm and peaceful sadness.
