I keep seeing people saying that peter and frank have a "father/son dynamic" or a "uncle/nephew dynamic" but you are all wrong. They have the dynamic of the older coworker that you are way to close with when you're in your 20s. We've all had that coworker. Thats your best friend kinda. But it only works in a work setting

dennis being a wingman for trinity at the gay bar is so funny to me, because he is so goddamn awkward.

i just imagine that he just goes up to pretty ladies at the bar,points to trinity,tells them " my friend over there likes you", then looks at them like this

protect fanfic writers—who are kind enough to share their works with people to read for free—from ai witch hunts, speculations and accusations.

“don’t like don’t read” also applies to any fic that is ai-generated and any fic you think is ai-generated by the way. if you don’t like what you’re reading for any reason, you can always stop reading and exit the fic at any point. but harassment is never ever justified. no matter if you think you’ve found a noble excuse to do it. and also…

witch hunts, speculations and accusations harm the writing community as much as ai does. if not more. I don’t want to see another innocent writer get driven away from the community because someone decides to harass and accuse them for using ai just because their fic happens to have “ai telltales” — the same telltales ai got from having been trained on millions of human-made works to mimic how real humans actually write.

Fanfic writers, reblog if you’re okay with people sharing the links to your fics to their friends and/or for fic rec posts without having to ask for your permission first

(I saw a debate about whether or not it was okay for people to share fic links around without asking the authors first, since some authors may not be comfortable with the links to their fics being shared around on twitter or tumblr. so I thought this post could be a blanket permission for authors who were okay with the links to their fics being shared around!)

I very much take up the mentality that once you share art with another, a fundamental part of it is now longer souly yours. And a fraction of it that impacted the one that ingested your art is now theirs to do as they wish with it.

Whether to contemplate or send to their people, or criticize, or reshape in their own image. You let it leave your brain and give it away, to me at least, its not your place to dictate what people do with it.

I think of it kinda like you buying your baby cousin a barbie and then constantly butting in cause they aren't playing with the doll the proper way.

Also, all of this is fanfic anyway, so doubly we have even less testament of what people do with our work because we weren't the first people to create these stories.
