Work. It. Out.
So, havenāt posted in about a month, but I wanted to update my progress. Ā
I mentioned in the last post how I was working out 3-4 times a week. Ā Well happy to say that I have continued the trend and increased it to about 5-7 times a week (depending on how busy I am with school). Ā
Itās getting closer to the Bachelor party Iām going to in Miami where Iāll be wearing my bikini!! Eek!! The party is in about three weeks. Ā
I did a two-a-days workout today (two 45 minute cardio workouts) followed by 200 squats cause Iām tryna get a nice booty.Ā
My goal this week is to run 26 miles total. Ā I ran 6 miles in total today. Ā So, only 20 to go!
