    “Yeah, well, snow days ain’t cuttin’ it when I’m the one having to shovel and break the ice by myself.” Sheesh, it was worse than he imagined - so much for being forever young, he was already sounding like his mom. “So what’s your deal, blondie? Jealous of ol’ Jack? Look, I get it, I do, I have a younger sister. But you shouldn’t be. You’re both important since not one of you could make it snow everywhere at once. Just…make it a little easier on me.”

             “I was made first. He gets all the attention and glory for what I’ve                been doing since before he was even a thought. He even gets to                be some super special guardian! And that’s just not fair. You sound                like those dumb spring spirits who are total winter-haters!”

     “Listen, kid - you’ve got it all wrong! First of all, I may be stupid, but I’m not dumb! Secondly, I love winter; otherwise, I wouldn’t have upped and moved to the North Pole. It’s just...not always as fun as when I was kid. Now Jack...The reason he got to become a Guardian isn’t just because he can create snow. The Moon chose him for other reasons. It’s like with humans - we all apply for jobs so we can make money, but not everyone gets that job.”
