Secretary of Education Arne Duncan held a Twitter Town Hall with Latinos in Social Media on Wednesday to discuss Latino education. The tweet above is a statistic from Jose Rico, the executive director of the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanics. He said that the recent jump in higher education among Latinos is most pronounced among Hispanic women.
