It goes without saying that Peter is not expecting his arm to twisted, several quiet ‘ows’ leaving his lips. What the hell was going on? What had he said? He didn’t think he had said or done anything that would warrant this, however he doesn’t fight against it. The last thing he wants to do is accidentally hurt Harry by resisting. There’s several people staring at them but they don’t stop. Well, one does but Peter waved them off with a polite smile. He’s got this.
And to think he was gonna suggest getting lunch to catch up on everything and see how he was doing. Apparently not, though. It’s even setting off his spider-sense. Not much but just enough to be a low niggling feeling in the back of his mind. Why is it sensing him as a threat? He’s a friend.
❝ What the hell are you playing at? What did I do?! Can you please let go of me, Harry. ❞
It only takes a moment of looking over the man before he realizes he’s not his Peter, not that any Peter is his anymore. But the sentiment stands as he twists harder, not sure if he’s angry or just annoyed, hard to tell when he barely feels anything. Then he releases stepping back and letting the arm fall.
“If you know what's good for you, you’ll leave me be.”
He wonders if this Peter is Spider-Man too, wonders how many lives he’s ruined under the guise of being a hero. It makes his blood boil. He turns and chucks his phone at the man, watching to see what happened.
