A recent visit to a regional innovation initiative meeting provided a unique opportunity to hear from Brad Feld, author of Startup Communities. His advice for building a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem included a reminder of the importance of inclusiveness.
There are leaders (the entrepreneurs) and feeders (everyone else).
Notice the word everyone. It's inclusive and inviting.
