Welcome to Magic Hollow, a 2025 remake of Voleste's 2012 neighborhood Magic Town! This is a collaboration with Voleste, who also made the sc4 terrain and converted it to Downtown for me.

This is a exclusively a downtown, a main hood version is not available at this time.
I made this as CC lite as possible but I included some links to suggested CC in the read me file. There are noteable empty spaces on the lots that can be used for CC hot dog stands or food trucks.
Install Instructions per Voleste
You have to put this in your installation files. It goes in wherever you installed the sims -> THe Sims 2 -> Double Deluxe -> EP2 -> TSdata -> Res - NeighborhoodTemplate And you will need Mootilda's multiple subhood mod, so it'll actually show up in the selection if you want to add a downtown. https://modthesims.info/d/420924/fix-subhood-selection.htm
