My recent writing has been heavily inspired by real life. I think it's sort of healing in a way. I have written pure fiction/ fantasy before though and that's always fun :)

I feel slightly ridiculous recently becoming a fangirl again, but I've read that your thirties is a cycle that reconnects you with your teenage self, and I fully believe that now.

I'm pretty introverted. I only have like three close friends in real life and spend most of my time at my apartment

Used to love fall but lately I'm becoming a summer person.

Would move to the UK if I didn't get so homesick because I'm scared of driving and I'm jealous of their public transportation 😂

Current Outlook:

Today was a pretty good day.

It was my day off, and I was very productive this morning and got a lot of errands done.

Then I read the majority of Dark Matter but I need to finish it tomorrow (what a wild book! It's addicting.)

And idk if any of you guys watch Hot Ones but me and my bf ordered Da Bomb Insanity sauce and we tried it (literally like one dab) but we didn't die 👍😅 it wasn't as bad as I expected but also we didn't soak a whole chicken wing in it. It did feel like my tongue was completely on fire though 😅 I wanna try it again honestly.

I did my Duolingo and I only have seven units left now, and 21 days until my 800 day streak. 😊 For the party im throwing myself, I think I'm gonna make teisan lap, jam tarts, and Welsh rarebit. (I was gonna do Welsh cakes but I've already made them before so I thought this day I would just try new things.)

I also did some gardening and began germinating my lettuce seeds.

Overall a 9/10 day. I just wish it was longer.

Here's my advice for anyone who lives in a small apartment:

Buy a BIG ASS mirror 😅 like, absurdly big.

I bought one last week for $5 at the thrift store and it's completely changed my bedroom 😅 My room feels twice as big now. I can see all my outfits so much easier, it's heavy as hell but it was a 10/10 purchase, such a vibe, no regrets. 😅

This game is on sale rn for $5 on the PlayStation store, and I binged the whole thing today (it was raining all day)

Anyways- it's definitely worth $5 on sale. I had a really great time playing it. It makes me wanna be a radio host in the 80s tbh.

Guys I just realized something.

I have nine units left of Duolingo Welsh and I'm on streak day 770. I was like "oh it would be cool to finish on day 800"- guess what day that is!?

June 21 aka the summer solstice! 😍🔆🌿🌸

Ahhh it's meant to be.

So that's my plan now lol. Do nine units in the next 30 days and then on the summer solstice I'm having a party 😅 (with like two people 😅😅😅, but it's gonna be awesome)

Idk what's in the air (jk, I do, it's pollen) but I have never had allergies this bad before in my life. 👀😭

I thought I caught a cold but now I'm pretty sure it's just allergies because whenever I go outside my eyes start watering soo bad - it's like I'm fully crying but involuntarily. 😅😭 And it's nonstop. I took Claritin a few hours ago so we'll see if it helps at all I guess 🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm officially only ten units away from finishing Duolingo Welsh.

(this could take ten days or ten weeks depending on my mood lol)

And yes, I know this doesn't automatically mean I'm fluent or anything, but I suck at finishing things and this is like three years in the making 🥰 I'm really proud of myself. 🖤

Don't laugh at me but I'm planning to throw myself a little party for when I finish it 😅 I'm gonna listen to welsh music, make welsh cakes, maybe buy a green cake, idk hahaha. 😅🤷🏼‍♀️ It's gonna be fun though. 🥰

Saosin surprise dropped a whole tour today, and I desperately need to go. But I'm so broke, it's not even funny 😅 the timing here sucks.

I might still try to get tix, but I also still want Muse tix too 😭 ahh I’m so conflicted Rn.

The good news is that my brain finally turned back on, when it comes to writing 🥰👍 there should be updates on some of my stories soon.
