Sickly & I
the ill child wanders low on the street
there is weakness on the skin,
a far-too-softness of the cheek.
The sun here is twofold, one from above.
The other is internal, fever heats the blood
There will come a point in your life when you realise that the time that has passed, being unalterable, has made up a significant portion of your existence. It is important that you find beauty in the mundane, realise that magic need not be attached to fame or kleos, and remain in a state of imagination and dream despite this.
“Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realise they were the big things.”
— Robert Brault
