Super clean looking upstairs dormer bathroom suite. What’s not to like. Dual sink vanity installed nicely with matching soaking tub and marble counters, and if you look in the morror reflection you can see that the shower has an overhead waterfall, and handheld option, with a glass enclosure. Really nice looking suite.

Remodel Tip#10

Cast iron tubs are heavy and can be cut with a Sawzall - they can also be recycled so be sure to bring yours to the local metal recycler.

We often get questions about how our skirted models hold the access panels in place.  We have developed for our tubs a locking clip system.  The above photos show the panel in place and the back side of one of our small access panels.  On most tubs these are installed so you slide the panel up, then pull out the bottom and then slide the panel back down and it is off.  On occasion this is reversed if the whirlpool plumbing needs more space in a given area.  These clips hold the panel in place nicely.  With the panel back in place everything is covered yet you still have access to the pumps if you need it in the future.
